What an absolutely pleasant experience we had with the plumber, Charles McDaniel!!! He is so knowledgeable, but on top of that, very kind and considerate. Very straightforward, and thoroughly went around checking and rechecking everything. Would recommend him to everyone.

This group was excellent to deal with. The dispatcher on the phone was polite, informative and understood what I needed right away. The plumber who came out, Shayne Miller was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, respectful of the home and exceeded my expectations to get the job done. I had a kitchen sink clog. I setup an online inquiry and got a call immediately and they were here within the hour. Couldn’t have asked for better service and they cleared the clog and the water pressure on the kitchen faucet is so much better now for some reason. I also liked the fact they the plumbers made some suggestions for my laundry drain and main house drain line that should be addressed. I will be using this service again for sure

My furnace was not cycling properly. The tech came earlier than expected, and after some questions, began working. Turned out it just needed some adjustments and cleaning of the burners. It turned out to be a maintenance service call, which was fine.
I thought the price I paid was a little high. However, I've never needed to call them back to correct any issues; they always get it right the first time. I would use them again.

First and foremost as a fellow wounded combat veteran who owns multiple properties in the Providence area this is my first experience with Mr. Rooter. I was happy to see that they are a veteran owned and supporting business. This company was by far the best plumbing company that I have ever worked with. They are honest, they are available, they do good work, and they spent a decent amount of time explaining to me what was done. They came out and resolved a fairly simple Boiler issue I was having with ease.

Will showed up and within minutes gave a clear analysis of the problem with our gas hot air heating system that had been missed by multiple calls from our regular repairman. They clearly explained our options and ultimately resolved the problem. We are so grateful, both to have the CAUSE of recurrent furnace failures resolved and to now have a company that offers 24 - 7 emergency service.

We were unable to determine where a leak was coming from and the water was coming through the ceiling. Unfortunately, we had to find another plumber as ours had retired and we were reluctant to engage a new plumber. Ed and Shy provided exceptional service and kept us apprised each step of the way. We were very impressed with the quality of work and would highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

Justin P and his co worker were very helpful and helped me out with my Navien combo boiler. Instead of buying replacement parts, he was able to work with Navien and get my boiler replaced for about the same price my parts would have costed if I bought the parts separately. He's very knowledgeable of combo boilers and how to get them installed. Great workmanship from Justin!

I had no heat on a very cold. I called Mr. Rooter and explained the situation. They sent a technician over within 15 minutes. They were able to fix a fairly complex problem with our furnace. The heat has been running fine now. I am very greatful for the very prompt and efficient service.

They were so responsive in getting a technician out to me promptly. Justin came out and was super helpful and professional. He took his time figuring out what was wrong with my hot water heater and also made phone calls to the manufacturer making sure that I was taken care of. I truly appreciate the service.

Furnace went out during the storm. As soon as we had clearance to our house they were there in less than a hour. Charles was very professional and knowledgeable and fixed the problem and had the heat back on . Thank you

Mr. Rooter came out the same day we called. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Shane was out within three hours of our call and gave us a few options to take care of our clog and pipe replacement. The quote and work were completed within two hours. They were very professional and explained everything as the work was being done. He gave us tips for keeping the pipes in good shape. Very satisfied with our experience.

Had a mostly excellent experience. Don't book through any site other than theirs as they sometimes don't get the information. Once you do book with them they communicate well to make sure you know they are coming. Charles was my plumber and he did a great job. He listened well and was very accommodating especially when I asked if he could do a few more jobs. Really appreciate the good work.

We wanted to replace our Hot Water tank with a tankless option. They were very helpful explaining the difference and how it all worked. We decided to ahead and the crew they sent did an excellent job and we are very happy with our new hot water system.

I reached out through Mr. Rooter after seeing local advertisements, namely that they beat their competitors (infer a similar name?), and boy do they. I was tepid at first, my luck with plumbing companies hasn't been great. From the first contact to the end of the job, professional, courteous, kind, punctual, fair, open, honest, and transparent. Did i mention meticulous and clean, even for dirty jobs? Will (basically a master plumber in my eyes) and Cam (apprentice) were the lucky straw pullers. They replaced an entire sewage ejector chamber and pump, and even with some of those unexpected hurdles that cropped up, worked through it all and got our place back in order. After 2 years working through to now my third company, I can say resolutely that the team diagnosed and corrected our issue and concerns successfully. I recommend Mr. Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing wholeheartedly. (Note, the attached picture is prior to the finished concrete, which they also completed.).

I have a membership with them. They come as soon as you call. The cast iron stack pipe in my 100+ year old house rusted out. As you can see from the photos, they cut out the rusted pipe & installed PVC. They responded promptly, gave me an estimate upfront & that is what I paid. They cleaned up when they were done. The repair man also noticed a leaking water line. He fixed that also. I have never been disappointed with Mr Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing.

HG and AB did a great job replacing a valve in my basement. They also covered all of my other concerns. Professional service

I called late night from out of town with a leaking/broken water heater. They installed a new one the next day. Very professional and courteous installation. Highly recommended.

The CO2 Detector for the finance malfunctioned. Dave and with a CO2 tester and a new hardwired detector. The testing was completed and the installation was done in less than 30 minutes. Everything was tested and the peace of mind is worth the 200 the service call cost

They have an answering service for emergencies and on a night that got down to 8 degrees, they did not call!! We are elderly with health problems. This is shameful. Our house temperature got down to the thirties.
