Had an issue with my main pipe in my house, called the company first thing in the morning and they had a tech out here by the afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and made sure the pipe was completely cleaned out. I cannot recommend this company more… shout out to my tech Jonathan!!!!!!

These guys are super efficient and affordable. We called Roto Rooter and they wanted to charge us $600.00 and Paul Anderson got the job done for $325.00. They fixed the issue no problem. Thanks 😀

We had a clogged drain in our tub/shower. Always happens due to hair because I have long hair. Jacob was here 5 minutes and fixed the problem successfully and efficiently. Very friendly and courteous. Also gave a 30 day guarantee. We are very satisfied.

I called because one of my tenants had a clogged drain in the bathroom. They were on site and cleared the blockage within an hour. The guys that showed up were extremely professional and courteous. Thanks again.

I have had consistent plumbing and drain issues since moving into my home about a month ago and the Paul Anderson staff has been really good to me in doing everything they can to help resolve these problems. Not only did they come out first thing on a Saturday morning to clean a drain for a second time, they also honored their 30-day guarantee to include sending a crew out AGAIN when after resolving the main line issues twice, my utility sink was still backing up due to questionable plumbing that existed prior to me moving in and were not disclosed or found during inspection. It’s been so stressful, but they have been so nice, professional, and reliable. Thank you to Justin, Jonathan, and two other young men whose names I’m so sorry to forget that have worked at the house. Saturday my main sewer line was leaking in the basement. Of the 3 companies I called, Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning was the only company to answer the phone. I described the issue and he informed me they would have someone out here first thing Monday morning (putting me at ease that I did not need emergency weekend services that would be a higher price).

On Monday, Cam arrived ready to help me fix the issue. He snaked and camera inspected the line at a fraction of the price I had another company charge the year before. (Side note: previous company upsold me on an unnecessary 3x as expensive hydro cleaning because he “didn’t have a snake in his truck”)

Cam went above and beyond, snaking and inspecting the line multiple times until he felt the job was complete. He diagnosed the issue as a root growth issue and gave recommendations on how to prevent growth in the future. He even fixed a leaking toilet free of charge. Stand up guy who, to my surprise, has only been on the job three months and this was his first full week on his own (if boss man is reading this, thumbs up)

I hope I do not have another sewer issue soon, but if I do I will be calling Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning.

Ryan and Charlie were great, and did exactly what they cane to do, they were on time, friendly, and had no problem explaining my septic system to me and showing me were my problem was and how to prevent it in the future. I had a problem with my basement drain after significant rainfall, in which i called my local plumber. However he wasnt ably to fix this and referred to call Paul Anderson to see if they could assist and they accommodated me the same day I called and was able to fix the issue and provide education on the issue and how to prevent occurrence of issue. They charged reasonably. I would recommend this service for others

Fabulous response time, great staff, highly recommended. Called after recommendation from The Plumber Company and Justin came out the very next day. He checked everything out, snaked out the line, and all is back to the way it is supposed to be! Wonderful to have such a polite and respectful service that is quick to respond and reasonably priced.

Our septic system company referred Paul Anderson to us. I called and left a message and within the matter of 15 minutes I received a phone call back the gentleman was very polite told me that I would have someone at the house within a couple of hours. Within 45 minutes Hector and Steven we're at my house. They were very polite and extremely professional. They had our septic system pipe cleaned in the matter of 20 minutes to a half hour. The price was very reasonable.
I would have no problem using them again and referring them.

My usual go to plumber recommended this company since he was unavailable. Paul Anderson was very quick to get me scheduled. Hector cleared our lines and pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend. I also like that they have a 30 day warranty. Thank you so much for your help. I probably spent more with drain cleaners and tools trying to clear the clog myself. I wish I would have called them first. I know better for next time.

We recently had a significant backup with water coming back into our apartment and needed immediate assistance. Even on a Sunday, Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning came through for us. Nick, the technician who arrived, was incredibly helpful and persistent in resolving the issue. He took his time to ensure everything was fixed properly and made us feel important throughout the process. We are very grateful for his dedication and professionalism. Unfortunately cannot give zero stars. Shower rain backed up again shortly after 30 day guarantee after spending $200. Called and spoke to Manager who was not customer friendly told me to call someone else and hung up on me. Would not recommend.

Regarding the owners comment:

I never said it was guaranteed a year. I stated that the tech said it should last years. Your "Manager" then said that the tech wouldn't say that and I asked her if she was there. Your Manager is rude and not customer friendly. If I wanted something to last 6 weeks I would've spent $10 on Liquid Plumber and not $200 on you. Why would I put in another service call for $200, so it can last 6 weeks????? Absolutely terrible.

I called and asked to have my drain snaked. I was quite willing to pay $350.00 to have the drain snaked. He didn't want to snake it because after flushing my toilet several times and running the faucets the cesspool started to overflow (maybe it was the rainfall we had last night that saturated the ground as well) and he said that I needed to have the cesspool pumped (it was pumped a few months ago) and then he would snake the line because he didn't want the water to flow (UPHILL) into my basement. Yes my cesspool is about 60' downhill from my home so to suggest that it will travel uphill was just nonsense. I paid him for his time and asked him to leave.

Quick, professional service. Called them on short notice with an issue regarding my sewer main. They were onsite within a few hours, called on the way, diagnosed the problem and even decided to attack it in a manner that resulted in the desired outcome but cheaper bill. Would highly recommend and will be using again should I need a reliable, quick professional drain company.

Great company! I called them and left a voicemail. I received a call back in less than an hour and they were able to send a technician down the next morning. The technicians called me about a half hour before they arrived. They were quick and efficient and were very clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This company gave us super service. They fit us into their schedule and sent two very experienced and professional workers to take care of our problem. We are very grateful and will definitely use them again if we need more service. They are certainly a top of the of the line company .
