Very trustworthy. They could have said I needed a whole new boiler like another company said but they were honest. Exceptional service and pleasant.

Had Fall Furnace Service … the Service Tech was so Professional and gave me a complete review of his check-up. Replaced a blower capacitor which wad on its last legs. Great Service all around!!!

(Schwab house) Our hot water heater started leaking and with its age we knew it would have to be replaced. We got a few quotes from other places that seemed extremely high. Day 2 of no water, We called Mr Rooter and the customer service rep was very nice and sent Brian out on a Saturday to give us a few estimates as we were looking to go tankless. We felt very comfortable with Brian’s knowledge, mannerisms, and honesty. Moving forward we chose the tankless water heater that got booked for THAT Monday! Brian and Kelly (I forget the 3rd guys name) did an amazing job. Very thorough, CLEAN, very respectful to my large dog and keeping the door closed behind them. We will be using this company again in the future. They did a lot of work!

Shayne came out within an hour of calling for a completely clogged kitchen sink drain. He was prompt, polite, and professional. Explained exactly what he did and how to avoid the same clog in the future. We had a free draining kitchen sink in about an hour. Would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Peter Moniz from Greenwood plumbing came out to my home, when I couldn’t get anyone else. Peter was professional and an all around nice guy. He explained to me what he needed to fix a leaking shower fixture. Peter fixed my problem, the same day I called him. Greenwood’s pricing is fair. I would highly recommend Peter to anyone experiencing a plumbing problem.. Thank you Peter, for a job well done.

Very professional, and helpful. Arrived within an hour of calling. My toddler flushed a toy and they magically got it out without having to replace tear apart anything. Very reasonably priced and both technicians were personable and did everything they could to help me. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family.

The Plummer that came to my house 212 Burbank Dr. did a great job. Fixing a leak in the kitchen faucet, replacing it with new faucet and new piping. The job was done and all the stuff was cleaned up. The same with my bathroom sink, replacing new faucet and piping and fixing the cloged sink. It was a perfect job, well done. Everything was cleaned up to perfection.

We needed our toilet replaced and were given great service! Our technician Eric was so kind and personable. Scheduling was easy and we didn’t have to wait long for help. The pricing was somewhat expensive, but reasonable considering we’re talking about plumbing issues.

Absolutely amazing service, came out for an urgent pipe burst in less than 30 minutes. Fixed the pipe better then I could've imagine. Also Eric was very friendly and gave my helpful recommendations for the care of my pipes for the future. Price was excellent, would definitely recommend and reuse.

Just to be clear I just got a quote, so I did not pay for their services and can not comment. I had no problem with the specific technician or the schedulers from this company. My specific problem lied within how the pricing was presented. I felt like everything was an upsell after talking to a few competitors. Pricing for two quotes felt like a simple button from a menu was being picked, and no time went into creating a quote that this company thought was competitive enough. Just do your research.
