I recently had Riley's services. I could not be more pleased with the 2 men who came to my home. They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. There is no doubt in my mind who I will call when I need another plumber. Great Services! Thank you.

Riley came to service my oil-fired boiler today. They were fantastic!They showed up on time and the bill was reasonable. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be fixed and, importantly, what didn't. Coming from a family of plumbers, I could instantly recognize their expertise and more importantly their honesty. They know their stuff! If I could give them a 10-star rating, I would.

Once again, Anthony and the team at William J. Riley did a superb job replacing a big cast iron drain/waste pipe located above an old cast iron sink in our basement. It was showing wear and needed attention since the life of that pipe was nearing its end.
They were also able to remove the old cast iron sink.

This company is the best. They are so honest and dependable and frankly, I would never call anyone else when a plumbing issue arises.

Personable, professional, knowledgeable, fixed all four of the issues we had. Willing to explain what they were doing. Pricing seems reasonable (but I'm not an expert).

After contacting multiple other companies over the span of a couple months in the early spring to get a quote on switching our home from oil to gas and having a new combi-boiler installed, Riley Plumbing were the only folks who got back to us with a realistic price and timeline. From the initial visit to see the space and existing system, I was reassured that they could accomplish the job no problem.
When it came time to actually have the work done, David, Anthony and Steve were on-time, courteous and professional. They answered all my questions, (I had a lot), and worked tirelessly through a heatwave to get everything installed in a timely manner. Even the removal of our old boiler, oil tank and extra water heater was taken care of! The removal folks were just as quick and tidy with their work.
I am very grateful to the folks at the Riley Plumbing Company for keeping me up to date with the next steps in the project and helping make sure everything was accomplished correctly. Liz at the office knew me by name since we had communicated by both email and phone, and was also a pleasure to work with.
We will definitely be calling the Riley crew for any future plumbing needs for our home. Thank you!

The whole team is superb! I called the office and left a message, it was later in the evening. Liz called me first thing the next day asking me about the issue and scheduled Dave to come out the later in the day! Dave fixed our heating problem and gave me some follow-up items. Riley plumbing is prompt and always on time. That's a very big deal these days. Dave has been doing my annual boiler cleaning for many years now and I wouldn't consider calling anyone else. He is personable, good humored, efficient, tidy and thorough in his work. I call on Riley for all my plumbing needs anywhere in the house. They're awesome and reliable.

I needed my water main valve replace, so my friend highly recommended this company. I am so happy he did. From the minute I called them until the job was done, I had nothing but great service. Anthony was the plumber who assisted and he was great. He called before he arrived and completed the job on time. Shout out to Pawtucket Water Supply Board, who came out quickly and are always so polite. Great service and great price. I recommend this company 100%.

Absolute awesome company. Recently had Riley replace a toilet flange and set a toilet in our old house. Toilet was in a unique and difficult place to position, however, Hank came up with a plan and made everything happen with superb results. I've used Riley over the years and they are always responsive and reliable. Their team is extremely professional and knowledgeable. A Team I'm glad I can rely on. Thanks again!

Riley's plumbing is wonderful!!! They are sympathetic to the needs of their clients and willing to go the extra mile to help solve their problems. With the prospect of being without heat and hot water for multiple weeks vs. one, they worked very hard to fit us into their busy schedule by working overtime on another job for which we are so grateful!!! They also have integrity and fairly price their services no matter the client's situation. Lastly, they have the training and expertise to install and service Navien boilers, which is a skill that can be hard to find. We will definitely be return customers of Riley Plumbing and Heating! I recently needed my boiler replaced. I had used Riley before after a Nextdoor post.

They did a great job and even installed the boiler when I was on vacation. I came back to a warm house and a brand new tightly installed system.

This service and boiler was worth the money.

I was so pleased with how knowledgeable and professional the plumbers were. They replaced my kitchen faucet and repaired my bathroom faucet in about 1 and 1/2 hours and the price was very fair :) Also, they were able to manage the water booster I have to shut off the water (which I was not knowledgeable about). They educated me on my water system and maintenance needs. I would highly recommend Riley Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work in thier home.

William J Riley was so easy to work with. Liz was so sweet on the phone. Michael answered all my questions and concerns! Michael was so kind to me. He knew how nervous I was about a 17.5 year hot water tank. Michael took his time to explain every little detail to me. He came out and look at everything for me and reassured me everything was fine. When they came to install the new hot water tank it was fast, easy and beyond professional. Thank you guys so much for a peace of mind and professional work. My hot water tank developed a leak late afternoon and I called up Liz, gave her the info and they were here first thing in the morning with a new one. The guys were polite, careful with moving things in and out and cleaned everything up. They did a great a job. I am grateful to have found this company! This was my Christmas gift to the family lol.

I called for an emergency repair due to water coming from boiler. I was recommended my a friend who had good things to say. The woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional. At first interrupting and correcting me for using the wrong terminology (sorry im not a plumber), then rudly telling me they cant help me and to call someone else before hanging up. Not exactly the impression id want for a customer calling for an emergency. I understand if they couldnt help, but the person i dealt with was terrible...

My wife and I have been doing business with William J.Riley Plumbing and Heating for many years. We had experienced some water pressure issues recently after having our water heater replaced. We thought the problem arose from changing the water heater. It turned out to be a problem that was building for many years. Harry G their most expert and senior employee solved this issue and now we're enjoying the best water pressure we've ever experienced. David Palmer is the water heater man to call.
