Mike and his his team responded within minutes of my call. They arrived sooner than expected and did an absolutely superb job of taking out the old water heater and installing a new one. I am SO going to recommended them to anyone needing their services!!!

Mike was great! He cane out to inspect our furnace after we had some concerns. He was knowledgeable about the furnace and the industry, did not try to sell us on unneeded or expensive replacement, and was really great to talk too. High recommend calling him if you have any issues.

I wanted to upgrade my gas boiler for over a year and was referred to Priority by a friend as my regular HVAC guy had retired. Mike, the owner, responded to my request for a quote the same day and made an appointment to come check out my boiler at a time that was convenient to me. Upon inspection, Mike very clearly outlined 3 proposed solutions with benefits and estimated costs for each. After discussing my household demands and answering my questions, we decided on a path forward. Mike provided a written proposal within 48 hrs as promised.
Mike and team showed up at the scheduled time - which I had to push out a week - and installed a new gas boiler with 3 separate zone circulators, an expansion tank, and lots of shiny new copper. I would highly recommend Priority Plumbing and Heating. Mike was very responsive and respectful of my time. He explained the options well and delivered what was proposed on time. The team was very professional, the price was fair, the boiler looks and performs great.

I needed a new stop installed at my meter. Priority was able to contact Kent county water, they were needed to shut the water off at the street.set up an appointment to meet and be here the following day! Great job

Mike and his crew have done a few jobs for us.
Installed a new high efficiency boiler after my last one had issues and he worked with the manufacturer to get the parts and whole new unit warranted which was a huge relief.
They've also helped when we renovated our bathroom.
Always have been clean, on time, done good work, and very fair with pricing!

Mike C. did a great job in coming on time, had no problem removing a water tank and bringing a new one down. He diagnosed the situation quickly and was back the very next morning to install. The installation took no time and it was done very professionally. I will not hesitate to call Mike again for any plumbing issues I might have.

This team was excellent! I called on a Wednesday at 4:00 and had the water heater installed in less than 24 hours. The two gentlemen who came over were very polite and professional. They explained everything that they would be doing before they did it and checked in with me during the process. Priority Plumbing installed a new Williamson oil furnace for us in Narragansett. The owner, Mike Cambio, provided us an estimate in a timely fashion and answered a number of questions as we compared vendors. His team showed up on time on the agreed upon install date, removed the 50-year-old furnace and replaced it with the new furnace. They cleaned up thoroughly and Mike then met me to test the unit and make sure all was in order. We highly recommend Mike and Priority Plumbing.

Excellent choice!! A big thank you to Owner, Mike Cambio for his quick action to send two of the most competent and personable plumbers to our home to replace a water heater that had leaked all over our basement. We called at 8:00AM and the crew was here by 9:00AM. The entire replacement was done within 3 hours and at a reasonable cost. We had a new high efficiency boiler installed. I met with Mike after finding Priority Plumbing on Angie's List. He met us the day after I called him and we ended up hiring them as we felt he seemed a bit more knowledgeable and was very personable. Priority was the middle quote out of the 3 we received and basically right where we expected to pay for this project. They finished the job promptly in one day. It was a pleasant experience and we would definitely use them again. I recommend Priority Plumbing and Heating to anybody looking to have work done in their field.

Been using this company for a few years to do maintenance on my tankless (navien) water heaters (~$250-275 per unit). They're always prompt, communicative, and efficient. I liked that they were honest with me after my first maintenance appointment about frequency of visits needed. They easily could have lied and told me I needed yearly maintenance but the guy said the system was clean enough that I could probably extend to every 2 years if all was working well.

At my second appointment earlier this year, Mike came out and not only did the routine maintenance, but went in depth to investigate a shower heating problem I was having ever since we had a different plumbing group reinstall a shower. He didn't charge anything for essentially a consultation, and even gave me a discount on the maintenance since I had two water heaters. Based on my two appointments, feel like these guys are genuine, competent, professional, and reasonably priced which is seemingly rarer to find post-COVID.

Beyond impressed! Very happy I called Priority Plumbing. We have had a tricky situation locating an intermittent septic smell in our home for the past year. Quite a few companies didn’t want to even attempt the job because it was going to be too hard to locate. Called Priority Monday afternoon. Had an appointment time confirmed within an hour for a visit on Tuesday. Mike came out Tuesday morning and had the issue found and resolved within an hour. They were able to remove the inside of a kitchen cabinet to expose a loose drain/vent pipe that came disconnected during construction. We had been dealing with this issue for over a year with no luck and these guys came right in and set honest expectations for the job. They ended up going above and beyond, left the place spotless, and pricing was extremely fair. I’ll be calling Priority for any future issues and I recommend you do the same. Thanks guys!
