I booked Greenwood Plumbing through Mr. Rooter to come out to repair or replace a sump pump battery backup system at my house. I ended up replacing the system, since the original one I had was so old it was hard to find appropriate replacement parts. It was easy to work with Mr. Rooter, and the work was done quickly! Ed handled my job and was friendly and professional, and did a great job explaining how my new system works.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing/Greenwood Pluming & Heating is the best. I have used them for different things for a few years now and I have always been very pleased, but this time (this week) they were over the top. They were there for me when I needed them. Jessica is extremely helpful, professional and has the best customer service skills and the technician who came to my house, Justin Palmer, was on time, professional and very committed to getting my job done quickly and efficiently! It's comforting to know that I have a company like Mr. Rooter to count on!

Excellent experience. Justin was absolutely amazing. He did so much to get my furnace going. It was easy to tell he really cared. Once the new furnace came and it was fired up he was clearly as happy as I was. Super professional and took the time to explain everything to me.
Also a great shout out to Jess in the office. She took the time to keep me updated.

Claimed to be certified rheem technicians and sent a technician who did not know how to enter test mode and run diagnostics on rheem water heater. He cleaned the filter and claimed the problem was fixed because it was dirty and that we should get a new water heater. Scam

Charles is the best!! He took a great deal of time fixing a toilet that had been poorly repaired during a Real Estate Flipper sale. Now it's fixed properly. I can't explain here because I am the son of a contractor and I watch every detail. Quality workmanship. Thanks to Kelly as well :)

Shayne was able to come within 2 days of booking and was very helpful in both fixing the shower, as well as giving me estimates for several other projects I'm interested in having done. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped educate me on a few things as well. Thank you Shayne!!

Shayne Miller went above and beyond in solving multiple problems I was facing. The company was able to book me for next-day service on short notice, working around my schedule. Shayne talked me through everything he was seeing and his whole troubleshooting process, offering me options and advice for future maintenance. I’m thrilled with the care and service and will absolutely be using them again. The price for the work was also very reasonable.

Solved our issues with a bathroom shower that was not providing hot water. Appointment was done quickly . Issue resolved.

I'm a real estate broker and a client agreed to repair a leaking hot water pipe under the kitchen sink. Obtained a quote from a different plumbing company. Thought it was high and contacted Greenwood P&H, AKA Mr. Rooter. They could have scheduled the same day, but I made it for the following day at 8:00am. They arrived on time, immediately assessed the situation, provided a much more resonable quote, completed the job quickly and very professionally. I highly recommend this company and will definitly call them for additional plumbing needs!

Shayne was terrific. He was assigned to check our gas line, but wound up doing a complete install of washer & dryer. Terrific service!

Pete came by within an hour of calling, I got lucky that his other service got cancelled. But we have no heat, and he’s been very upfront about pricing, and giving recommendations. Extremely polite. He’s still working on our system now, but he’s giving us updates on everything, they are life savers!

I woke up to a freezing cold house and found that my gas boiler wasn't working. I called Mister Rooter/Greenwood Plumbing & Heating at 8am and was amazed at how fast the two technicians arrived. Ed and Shy, quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had my home warming up within the hour. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Excellent service—highly recommended!
