After our central air stopped working I contacted Evergreen, we setup for them to come out to fix our ac. The fella that came out was a guy named Johnny. He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only will I recommend this company but I will also recommend asking for Johnny!!!!

I just had central air conditioning installed by Evergreen. What a great company! They are reliable, punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. No matter what issue I have, they take care of it immediately. I also had a new boiler system put in last year, and again, nothing but praise for the company and it's employees. Thank you Evergreen, Jake, Adam, Lori, and Bianca!

Jacob Katz, who works for Evergreen Plumbing, is not just a master plumber, he is an artist. He installed a new Hi efficiency boiler for us with a water tank and replaced a very old system that had been there for over 30 years. He moved the whole system across the basement and set it up in a beautifully efficient and space saving way. He was expensive but I think his work is worth it. He also installed a sump pump for us and a water pressure booster. Both work perfectly. Jacob does not always explain everything in great detail but the work speaks for itself.

Johnny and Adam installed my new AC and ductwork. I couldn't be happier with the work and the service. They were very professional with great attitudes. Work was done in a timely manner and didn't leave my house destroyed.

They sent the least knowledgeable and rudest person possible when I called to have them assess why my heat wasn’t working. The person couldn’t get the heat on at all and just tried to upsell me on a system so they could rip me off. I got the heating working on my own soon after they left. First and last time calling them. Useless.

Great company! Adam is wonderful. Very friendly and reliable service. He was able to diagnose the problem with our blower and repair it quickly. He is very knowledgeable and you can trust him to get the job done right. Only regret is that we didn't call sooner. I highly recommend them.

My furnace along with all that goes with a new system, was just replaced by Johnnie. Over the last three days he was professional, hard working, yet kind and patient with my questions. He arrived when he said he would each day and always with a smile. He worked with that smile as well. I thank you.

Adam is wonderful! He is extremely efficient and knows exactly what to do to fix everything!!! He even made friends with my dog who hates having her space invaded! Really really great!!!

In 2017 Evergreen installed an on demand hot water heater in my home. Prior to it being installed they advised it would be slow in receiving hot water but once it was hot it would not run out. It worked fine for maybe the first year and then it would just randomly turn off on a regular basis. We dealt with it and tried numerous ways to fix it but it just got worse. I finally called Evergreen back and when they came out they were very honest about the poor quality of this particular unit and stated the owner of Evergreen was not happy with the product and offered to replace it at cost, meaning they would not charge for labor. It is rare nowadays to have a company that stands by their own work, never mind taking care of another company’s poor quality product. The new unit works great and the delay in the hot water is nowhere near as long as it was with the old unit. Thank you Evergreen for the great service and even better example of being a decent company that actually respects their customers.

Our AC was down for a couple days during one of the hottest weeks of the year. The gentleman that came to the rescue was by the name of Johnny. What a nice guy. He gave me all the necessary information I needed to know about and how frequently I should have it looked at so it didn't happen again. Thanks to Johnny we're staying cool. Highly recommend.

Jacob was fantastic today! He was very thorough, pleasant and took the time to explain what he was fixing! Additionally, he answered my questions and showed me how things worked in the unit. And… he protected my rug and completely cleaned up the area where was working!

The short version: You'll want a professional cleaning for your mini-splits and Evergreen did a great job. Worth every penny!!!

The Long story:
I discovered the big dirty secret about mini-splits. I installed a mini-split system a little over 3 years ago. So I started to notice them in more buildings and business. I noticed a lot of them looked dirty with dirt spots on them. After some research on line and calling 2 major manufacturers, they only say to clean the air filters ever month or 2. Nothing about the build up that I started to notice on older units in other buildings. Turns out this is mildew and mold and the only way to get rid of it is by taking the unit partially apart and use some specialized products and tools. Even the manufacturers admitted this after being pushed on the subject. Check out on YouTube, there some informative videos about cleaning mini-splits. You will be shocked!!! And you'll want yours cleaned!! Take a look inside your units you'll see the dirt spots. (mildew and mold)

I had a heat pump water heater installed. John that came out and gave me a quote followed up if I had questions. Water heater was installed the day after I accepted the quote. They did a great job on the install. I will use them again

We had a fantastic experience with Evergreen. Adam and his partner came out to the house, they were prompt, respectful and super kind in explaining the process, and the variables in outcomes. I could not recommend them more for honest, quality service..

HORRIBLE! Had a tech scheduled for Sunday 11/9/2025 12-4pm. Received a text the day before that they could come 8-12pm. I was thinking even better. However no one showed at all ! No call No show. Wasted a whole day waiting. Still till this day no call, no reschedule, no apology. Plus they charge around 250 just to come out. Most companies are around 140. Better choices out there in my opinion.

Evergreen did an amazing job installing our gas furnace! Within 24 hours Omar had my mother in law up and running! Excellent customer service!!

Service was completed and the technician was professional, but pricing lacked transparency. A standard barometric draft regulator replacement and boiler tune-up were billed at bundled rates without itemization. When I asked for a breakdown of labor versus materials, I was told those details are confidential and based on an internal price book.
Work appears to have been done properly, but customers who value clear pricing may want to ask detailed questions upfront.

This is my first experience with Evergreen, but it will not be the last. Everything was professional from my initial phone call to the completion of the job. One of my furnaces has been making a loud explosion like noise. It was so loud that it would sometimes wake us up. We had an other HVAC contractor look at the furnace last year. He cleaned the furnace thinking the problem was delayed ignition. This did not eliminate the noise.
Nelson arrived yesterday at the scheduled time. He checked the burner. He quickly diagnosed the actual problem as expand and contracting of the duct work. He worked for several hours adding braces to the system.
Problem solved. Thank you Evergreen and Nelson.

This is my first time using Evergreen. I am 100% satisfied with everything from the initial contact, appointment status and updates and I can’t thank my technician Nelson enough. He arrived on time, gave me a complete evaluation of the problem which turned out to be a bad furnace blower motor. Nelson explained exactly what needed to be done, the estimate of cost and how long the repair would take. I thought the price as fair and Nelson did a great job with the repair.
Evergreen will be my go company from now on for any HVAC or plumbing issues.
