HI I have them work on my house for many projects already and I have to say their service is great, while the price would maybe think about hiring a handy man or trying to do it yourself. I just think paying a professional to get the job done the first time is worth every penny.

I don't call anyone else for my plumbing needs. Also the team is very friendly and every specialist I meet is friendly and makes me feel very happy with the job done.

Edward from Mr. Rooter is a Godsend. We haven’t had proper running water for almost three months! Roto Rooter came out and quoted us an outrageous amount. My Husband and I are postcancer patients and our budget is low right now. Mr. Rooter gave us an amazing price and he was so friendly and patient fixing the water valves. We would definitely call again if needed and will also recommend. Great Veteran Company. Thank you so much❤️

Charles and Will were very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to replace a valve on one of our water pipes that we needed in order to hook up the ice maker for our new refrigerator. After they finished, we discussed heating solutions for our current boiler, which is inefficient. I was quite satisfied with the service they provided. When I ran into a problem later that same day and had contacted the company, Will and Charles went above and beyond to help me out. They came back to our place, when the appliance guy was unable to fish the tubing from the valve they put in up to the next floor to the where the refrigerator is. They were a lifesaver - Highly recommend them!!!

My experience with Mr. Rooter was incredibly positive. The girls on the phone were helpful and friendly. Ed and Shane are amazing. They were all so professional, thorough, came out almost immediately, and we're able to fix all my problems. I highly recommend this company!!!

Just had work done in my basement by Ed from Mr. Rooter. He was very professional and knowledgeable and took care of my leaking pipe in no time. Also made a friend with my dog Milo. This is the 2nd time I've used Mr. Rooter and will always use them in the future!

slow sink and water backup in tub, we called Mr Rooter and they said they would send someone within the hour. Bill and Charles arrived quickly and assessed the situation. After a very professional, and thorough, discussion we agreed on a plan of attack. They set to work and got things going for us. Could not be happier, great guys and quick service. Quick, professional, and friendly. Abinesh with Greenwood Heating and Home Services was great during my furnace and AC inspection, and had his report in my email the next day. The entire experience, from scheduling, communication, and work performed were easy and efficient. I cannot recommend them any more highly!

I had a great experience with Greenwood! They responded promptly, took care of the problem easily and quickly, cleaned up the space after the work was done, and were very patient with my (very protective) dogs - and even gave them some treats!

Eric. J came out to help diagnose and fix a hot water issue. He was professional, courteous, personable and was willing to not only show me all of the steps he was taken, but also offering alternatives which might alleviate the problem. At the end of his visit, he made several suggestions for upgrades without coming off as pushy. Highly recommend.

We had a clog in our mainline outflow. I found Greewood Plbg online and called about 1000. Shayne was here before 100. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the process, listened to my comments, and answered my questions while taking care of business. He left by 300, so he was also quick. I would not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to anyone. Great job, fair price, excellent service. One thing that I liked was that the woman in the office sent called me when Shayne was coming, and she followed up with a text that had his picture (in a Santa hat; it's Christmas time). That was a nice touch.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Charles McDaniel was my tech. Kept me informed every step of the way. He is preparing an estimate for an other job. Charles even gave my dog a treat. Great job Charles.

Superior workmanship by Brian and his crew. They were professional and kept us informed during the installation of our AC/heat pump. I highly recommend them for any heat/AC/plumbing issues.

One of the best service experiences I've had during my three years in Providence, RI. My call for service was met with courteous customer service, and followed with an expedient service call to my home. My service pro Eric Jensen was the best of the best. He arrived in the estimated time given, was professional, thorough, and ensured the proposed solutions to my problems were the best fix, and in fact did fix the problems before declaring the job completed. I will definitely use Greenwood for all my future plumbing needs.

I had an excellent experience with Edward Wilner from Mr Rooter. He came to replace my shower faucet, including old valves and did an outstanding job. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process and ensuring everything was working perfectly before he left. His professionalism and expertise was evident throughout the entire service. Even provided me with free estimates for other services needed throughout the house. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

I called Mr. Rooter this morning for a bathroom plumbing repair. Carla set up my appointment for that day. Charles was at my house by 1:00 and completed the job quickly. He was professional, friendly and very informative. Will definitely use this service again.

Our air conditioner stopped running on the warmest day thus far. Called Greewood Plumbing and they came out very quickly. Diagnosed the problem and had it running in about 30 min. William was fantastic! Very professional company!! Thank you GPH!

Great experience with this plumbing company. They replaced a faucet, garbage disposal and installed a new bathroom vanity. They did a great job. Very professional and great communication. Would highly recommend them.
