Contacted Priority Plumbing after receiving an unrealistic quote from another company Mike gave me a quote over the phone after I described what Work needed to be performed. He also provided worse case scenarios and what the additional cost would be. His quote was very reasonable and more in line with what I expected. Mike and Kaden came the same day and Installed the new heater. They were very professional and didn’t leave until they explained everything to me including how to shut off the water tank. Eric followed up because I wanted my water temp to be a little hotter. He was also very professional. I highly recommend Mike and his team of professionals. Lori W.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Priority Plumbing, Mike the owner and the guys that helped him.
They returned my calls right away, they were very knowledgeable and professional. It only took them 1/2 a day to install my new furnace along with all new pipes, circulators, etc. ... basically a whole new system.
They did a great job.......I really couldn't be happier about the work they did. Mike the owner really knows his stuff and after talking to him the first time I knew I could trust him with this big job.
I will be using Priority Plumbing for all my plumbing and heating problems in the future and I recommend you do to.

After a horrible experience trying to choose, speak with and have a plumber show up, I called Priority Plumbing. What a blessing! I spoke with Mike who promptly took the information and sent Eric to fix the issues with my plumbing. Eric texted when he was on his way. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He had a nice truck full of all the tools, equipment and supplies needed. He explained pricing clearly. Eric worked professionally. When he was finished I was confident that everything was fixed and fixed properly. It was such a relief to know that all was well under my sink. I would highly recommend Priority Plumbing to everyone!

Thank you Mike & Eric! It was amazing that Mike returned my call on the same day! That says a lot about this plumber. He was able to schedule me in two day's time. Sadly, my plumber passed away on Monday (he was scheduled to do a job for me on Wednesday) All in preparation for another job to be done on Thursday) Eric came Thursday morning, early to remove the faucet off the island, and then came back the following Monday to re mount the faucet! On top of that Eric was able to fix two loose faucets in the master suite on the same day for a decent price. Priority Plumbing will be my guy for any other jobs I need in my properties management biz for sure!

These guys are awesome! They showed up exactly on time, were quick and efficient, and super nice. Highly recommend for all of your plumbing needs.

The guys at Priority Plumbing are fantastic! Mike the owner is extremely communicative and gave me a direct price, no surprises…love that! He was able to get the job done quickly and based on my schedule. Eric, the plumber that showed up was so friendly and efficient. I will definitely be hiring them again for an upcoming project we have in the works.

I'm so happy to add Mike & Priority Plumbing & Heating to my Rhody "GottaGuy" list! My boiler started leaking water out of different spouts and pipes. I called around and several answering services quoted me an assessment fee of $150 (+ the $150 would not be credited to a final bill) and then the assessor would let me know during the visit when repairs could be scheduled.

PPH was a breath of fresh air! First - I did get an answering service and Mike called me back within minutes (this was late in the afternoon). And he actually cared about what I was experiencing. I was concerned about this being an immediate emergency so he let me send him pics & a video of the water. He reassured me that everything was ok, told me what to do and he came out the next morning. He and his associate were kind, patient, explained & showed me the problem and they worked together as a team to resolve it. He gave me further instructions about maintenance and reassured me I could call him if I experienced any other issues. Mike was easy to talk with and it was actually a pleasure to have him in the house. He was also kind to my dog (who's a big fluffy love-puppy).

The bill was fair, easy to understand, no BS fees and I felt really good about supporting a local business!!

We had a great experience with Priority Plumbing & Heating. They were able to fix a drain problem with our bathroom sink that previous plumbers in the past were not able to provide a solution for.
I spoke with Mike on the phone and he had Eric out to our house the next day to fix the issue. Both great guys.

I’ve used Priority Plumbing several times and highly recommend. Most recently, our boiler stopped working and we had no heat in January. Kelly came out to look at a leak that I had on a cracked nut with the water shut off on the toilet. She diagnosed the problem right away gave me an approximate cost and diligently went and fixed and resolved the solution. She tested it, twice and provided solutions to restore damage. What a pleasant experience I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again, and again I’d like to thank Kelly for her professional attitude and dedication to resolving my problem.

Issues called for "NO hot water"
The service technician was really nice.
Though I did approve the two individual quotes / repairs done I find the charges are quite outrageous.
$150.00 diagnostic charge. No problem with this. (Though many places waive if you have the work done) They did not. OK fine.
Replace a bad relay @ $665.95. The part on line less than $70.00.
That didn't fix the problem but was probably bad?
Replaced a transformer @ $367.47. The part on line was $16.00.
The more I think about it the $947.00 in labor for replacing the two parts seem excessive for about 2 1/2 hrs not including the diagnostic fee.
I spoke calmly with someone at the shop and was told there was nothing she could do about it.
Oh well!!!

Woke up to a burning smell, called Greenwood Plumbing. Peter came out, assessed the situation and helped with a solution. Unfortunately, the heat exchange was toast and I needed a new furnace. Peter was exceptional!! Grateful for him and for Greenwood Plumbing!

Just called with a HVAC request and was told they were not accepting new customers…

I called needing help and Eric showed up 20 minutes later. He was very personable and really knew what he was talking about. Very reasonably priced too.

We had Eric come to our house to install a new water heater. He contacted us 30 minutes before showing up to give us notice. He was friendly and a pleasure to be around. He took time to explain things that were not done correctly by the previous owner and made sure todo it correctly this time. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

Eric is wonderful….near, clean, conscientious….always send Eric to my house!!
