Had a block in our sewer lines. I was referred to Paul Anderson Drain, they came out in 2 days (which was a Saturday), was on time, very polite and very reasonable price! No complaints here. Will absolutely call again (though I hope I don’t have to)!

Chris came out in like an hour of calling them. He was thorough, very courteous and left the area he worked in cleaner than when he started! I hope we don't have any other plumbing issues but if we do, we definitely will call this company.👍

I called about a blocked sewer line at 3 o'clock on a Saturday, so I wasn't sure I'd get anyone to come out before Monday. The guys at Paul Anderson were actually in the office to take my call, and they were at my house in less than a half hour. I didn't realize they were located within a mile of my home. After they arrived they diagnosed the issue and got to work. They cleared the line and gave me advice about the probably cause as well as a recommendation to make cleanouts easier in the future. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend.

My brand new septic system started backing up into the house. Jonathan showed me that there was a sag and disconnect in the pvc from the house so I could explain to the contractor that they need to fix so solids don't clog the pipe to the solids tank. I took video with my eye phone as he sent the camera and light down the pipe. They were very good at what they do and I only called them because I noticed they had such great reviews online. I am glad I did.

Many years ago, I used Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning for a clogged drain. I called them this week and found their service was just as good. The technician Kyle was very professional; he took the time to explain the problem and potential solutions as well as potential problematic issues. At first he didn't know if he could unclog the drain but he would able to find a solution. I was very appreciative that he gave it some extra thought and came back with a viable solution. Very happy with the quality of work and value.

Hands down one of the best service providers around. I had a very tricky drain clog due to a old clean out plug that broke off and fell down the drain. The tech that was sent out, Aaron was amazing. Super friendly, experienced and clever he tried every trick in the book and was eventually able to retrieve the plug from the drain. Really amazing to watch and I’m convinced no one else would have been able to do what Aaron did to solve the problem.

I was very happy with their service. Owner was responsive and got back to me immediately with available appointments. The technician himself was on on time, courteous and fixed the problem. They are very reasonable on price as well. I highly recommend them for any line cleaning services.

Needed service twice in the last 18 months. Both times Brian called me right back and got someone out next day. I called after 5 earlier in the week and left a message. Brian called me back within 10 minutes. Great service.

I originally called a Mr big company to do a repair and got screwed over.

Upon calling some more local places and explaining my issue, I was directed to Andersons. They came in a timely manner, brought all the right tools, did more extensive work than the previous company at an even better price.

They were upfront and explained everything very well.

We called to have our sewer line cleared and they were able to come out promptly. The job ended up being more involved than expected, but after over three hours of work, we were only charged the original quoted price. They were helpful in explaining the problem and keeping us updated throughout the process. It is a couple weeks later and the problem seems to be fixed. We hope to not have future issues, but would definitely call Paul Anderson Drain Cleaning again if needed.

This team has provided some of the best service that I’ve experienced throughout my life. Very responsive and they follow through with their promises. We have been battling issues with our main sewer line for a few months and they have consistently helped and gone above and beyond, even coming out on a Sunday for a warranty job. Nothing but praise for this team as a whole.

They were able to come by same day to look at my pipe backflow issue. They gave me a quote before they started and it turned out to be a little more complicated of an issue but still charged me for the original quoted price after fixing it. They were communicative and professional. Would highly recommend!

2 technicians came to my house a little over a year ago said we had no issues after a back up but supposedly cleaned the drain anyway. Fast forward to yesterday and a major back up issue, another company found over 3 feet of roots in my drain and now we need our lawn dug up, etc to have pipes replaced, a tree taken out. We were quoted around 15K for what needs to be done now. They said an issue like that does not happen overnight and had to be years to develop. And they used the wrong equipment to put my toilet back which did not help the cause. Would not recommend.

Main sewer was clogged up on Sunday. I appreciate the owner trying to save me $200 to have the work done on Monday, but my wife definitely did not want to wait. A guy showed up with in the hour and resolved the issue pretty quick. He even recommended I buy a product called RootX to use. 30 day warranty on the work. Thanks for the service

Called yesterday for a kitchen sink clog that I could not get clear. After trying several different drain cleaners, and snakes, I caved in and called the professionals. They were here promptly at 9 am, as they said they would be. The service technician told me it would be $125 when he was done....reasonable. Well 4 hours later, and another technician coming to help, my sink is clog free. When asked what the bill would be, I was again told $125. I couldn't believe it, and to boot they were very professional and clean. Oh they also said any issues within 30 days is taken care of free of charge. Great company, highly recommended

Excellent service at a reasonable price. My septic system company recommended them when I had a clog in the drain pipe leading from the house to the system. They were prompt, professional, polite, clean and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company.
