During the recent cold spell we had a pipe burst and tried calling many plumbers but Jeff Berard was the only one who got back to me. My heat stopped working and I called for repair. Jeff came and Immediately checked a switch that simply got turned off. Embarrassing homeowner moment for me but grateful that he was honest. Super quick response and turn around time. I had another plumber out twice and they still couldn't fix my hot water issue. They tried to get me to change my hot water system. However Jeff came out the same day I called him and was able to fix it that day.
