I just finished remodeling both of my bathrooms with the invaluable help of Ron Smith. Always welcoming and attentive, he guided me through these projects with his extensive product knowledge and professional advice. He was accommodating, friendly, and helpful from the outset to the delivery and always responsive to my many phone calls and emails. It was a pleasure working with him and I could not have been happier with the service or the outcome.

It was a pleasure to shop Supply NE for our plumbing fixtures and knobs and pulls for our new kitchen & bathroom because of Ron Smith’s assistance throughout the process - he is amazing! Ron made the process fun and was extremely helpful with our selections because he has a great sense of design. We didn’t feel rushed or obligated Ron was patient and has a wonderful personality with humorous good nature. We ran into some issues with the knobs and pull’s having a few marks and imperfections and Ron was there to help resolve the issue with the vendor, he kept us in the loop with great communication skills. Ron should be commended for his courtesy professionalism while doing his job and going the extra yard to keep us happy and well informed throughout our experience. Excellent job Ron! Thank you!!!

Marcia is an indispensable resource at the Kitchen & Bath Gallery who helped us design and renovate 3 full bathrooms and the results are exceptional. She's got an artistic eye and is very well-versed and straight forward about the quality and viability of the products offered. Marcia worked beautifully with our contractor, Ace Deuce, and I highly recommend her services!

If you are remolding your kitchen or bathroom the Kitchen & Bath Gallery is the only place to go. But once you enter their showroom Ron Smith is the person to see. Ron Smith of Kitchen & Bath Gallery was a total pleasure to work with when we rebuilt our bathroom. He was very knowledgeable in the many products and lines sold there and was helpful and honest in helping us select all the different components and finishes. As we were ordering the right components, he pointed out items that were backordered and would take longer to ship and even some that had no estimated delivery date and suggested alternatives. He responded quickly and thoroughly to questions and did not apply any pressure during the entire process. We had selected medicine cabinets, but due to our wall construction, found we needed to surface mount them instead of having them recessed in the wall. When we held them up to the wall, we didn't like the way they looked. Ron helped facilitate a return and purchase of alternative mirrors. Overall, working with him has been a great experience.
