I needed a new stop installed at my meter. Priority was able to contact Kent county water, they were needed to shut the water off at the street.set up an appointment to meet and be here the following day! Great job

Mike and his crew have done a few jobs for us.
Installed a new high efficiency boiler after my last one had issues and he worked with the manufacturer to get the parts and whole new unit warranted which was a huge relief.
They've also helped when we renovated our bathroom.
Always have been clean, on time, done good work, and very fair with pricing!

Mike C. did a great job in coming on time, had no problem removing a water tank and bringing a new one down. He diagnosed the situation quickly and was back the very next morning to install. The installation took no time and it was done very professionally. I will not hesitate to call Mike again for any plumbing issues I might have.

This team was excellent! I called on a Wednesday at 4:00 and had the water heater installed in less than 24 hours. The two gentlemen who came over were very polite and professional. They explained everything that they would be doing before they did it and checked in with me during the process. Before they left they ensured that they tested every water source to make sure to get the air out. Great work. Would highly recommend them.

Priority Plumbing installed a new Williamson oil furnace for us in Narragansett. The owner, Mike Cambio, provided us an estimate in a timely fashion and answered a number of questions as we compared vendors. His team showed up on time on the agreed upon install date, removed the 50-year-old furnace and replaced it with the new furnace. They cleaned up thoroughly and Mike then met me to test the unit and make sure all was in order. We highly recommend Mike and Priority Plumbing.

After being referred to Priority by a friend, I have had priority to 2 jobs for me at my house. Both times it was a spotless process. Both the owner and his crew were all professional, knowledgeable, and did the jobs within the proposed time frames. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete both times. I’ve used Priority Plumbing & Heating for multiple services after recently purchasing a new home, the latest being a boiler replacement/conversion from oil to gas. Mike and his team are incredibly professional, responsive, and they do impeccable work. This most recent project was incredibly complex, but Mike really came through with a unique solution! I’ll be using this company for all of my future Plumbing and Heating needs.

We were referred to Mike from Priority Plumbing to do a new water heater install. We wanted to bypass the tankless boiler so that it could be shut down during the warm weather. Mike was prompt and professional. We were very pleased with the work and called him back to do multiple things for a recent kitchen and laundry room renovation. Excellent choice!! A big thank you to Owner, Mike Cambio for his quick action to send two of the most competent and personable plumbers to our home to replace a water heater that had leaked all over our basement. We called at 8:00AM and the crew was here by 9:00AM. The entire replacement was done within 3 hours and at a reasonable cost. Mike and Anthony were great and we would recommend them to anyone, and in fact, we already have!! Thank you again for such great service and to our new plumbers of choice!!

We had a new high efficiency boiler installed. I met with Mike after finding Priority Plumbing on Angie's List. He met us the day after I called him and we ended up hiring them as we felt he seemed a bit more knowledgeable and was very personable. Priority was the middle quote out of the 3 we received and basically right where we expected to pay for this project. They finished the job promptly in one day. It was a pleasant experience and we would definitely use them again. I recommend Priority Plumbing and Heating to anybody looking to have work done in their field.

Been using this company for a few years to do maintenance on my tankless (navien) water heaters (~$250-275 per unit). They're always prompt, communicative, and efficient. I liked that they were honest with me after my first maintenance appointment about frequency of visits needed. They easily could have lied and told me I needed yearly maintenance but the guy said the system was clean enough that I could probably extend to every 2 years if all was working well.

At my second appointment earlier this year, Mike came out and not only did the routine maintenance, but went in depth to investigate a shower heating problem I was having ever since we had a different plumbing group reinstall a shower. He didn't charge anything for essentially a consultation, and even gave me a discount on the maintenance since I had two water heaters. Based on my two appointments, feel like these guys are genuine, competent, professional, and reasonably priced which is seemingly rarer to find post-COVID.

Beyond impressed! Very happy I called Priority Plumbing. We have had a tricky situation locating an intermittent septic smell in our home for the past year. Quite a few companies didn’t want to even attempt the job because it was going to be too hard to locate. Called Priority Monday afternoon. Had an appointment time confirmed within an hour for a visit on Tuesday. Mike came out Tuesday morning and had the issue found and resolved within an hour. They were able to remove the inside of a kitchen cabinet to expose a loose drain/vent pipe that came disconnected during construction. We had been dealing with this issue for over a year with no luck and these guys came right in and set honest expectations for the job. They ended up going above and beyond, left the place spotless, and pricing was extremely fair. I’ll be calling Priority for any future issues and I recommend you do the same. Thanks guys!

Contacted Priority Plumbing after receiving an unrealistic quote from another company Mike gave me a quote over the phone after I described what Work needed to be performed. He also provided worse case scenarios and what the additional cost would be. His quote was very reasonable and more in line with what I expected. Mike and Kaden came the same day and Installed the new heater. They were very professional and didn’t leave until they explained everything to me including how to shut off the water tank. Eric followed up because I wanted my water temp to be a little hotter. He was also very professional. I highly recommend Mike and his team of professionals. Lori W.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Priority Plumbing, Mike the owner and the guys that helped him.
They returned my calls right away, they were very knowledgeable and professional. It only took them 1/2 a day to install my new furnace along with all new pipes, circulators, etc. ... basically a whole new system.
They did a great job.......I really couldn't be happier about the work they did. Mike the owner really knows his stuff and after talking to him the first time I knew I could trust him with this big job.
I will be using Priority Plumbing for all my plumbing and heating problems in the future and I recommend you do to.

After a horrible experience trying to choose, speak with and have a plumber show up, I called Priority Plumbing. What a blessing! I spoke with Mike who promptly took the information and sent Eric to fix the issues with my plumbing. Eric texted when he was on his way. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He had a nice truck full of all the tools, equipment and supplies needed. He explained pricing clearly. Eric worked professionally. When he was finished I was confident that everything was fixed and fixed properly. It was such a relief to know that all was well under my sink. I would highly recommend Priority Plumbing to everyone!

Thank you Mike & Eric! It was amazing that Mike returned my call on the same day! That says a lot about this plumber. He was able to schedule me in two day's time. Sadly, my plumber passed away on Monday (he was scheduled to do a job for me on Wednesday) All in preparation for another job to be done on Thursday) Eric came Thursday morning, early to remove the faucet off the island, and then came back the following Monday to re mount the faucet! On top of that Eric was able to fix two loose faucets in the master suite on the same day for a decent price. Priority Plumbing will be my guy for any other jobs I need in my properties management biz for sure!

The guys at Priority Plumbing are fantastic! Mike the owner is extremely communicative and gave me a direct price, no surprises…love that! He was able to get the job done quickly and based on my schedule. Eric, the plumber that showed up was so friendly and efficient. I'm so happy to add Mike & Priority Plumbing & Heating to my Rhody "GottaGuy" list! My boiler started leaking water out of different spouts and pipes. I called around and several answering services quoted me an assessment fee of $150 (+ the $150 would not be credited to a final bill) and then the assessor would let me know during the visit when repairs could be scheduled.

PPH was a breath of fresh air! First - I did get an answering service and Mike called me back within minutes (this was late in the afternoon). And he actually cared about what I was experiencing. I was concerned about this being an immediate emergency so he let me send him pics & a video of the water. He reassured me that everything was ok, told me what to do and he came out the next morning. He and his associate were kind, patient, explained & showed me the problem and they worked together as a team to resolve it. He gave me further instructions about maintenance and reassured me I could call him if I experienced any other issues. Mike was easy to talk with and it was actually a pleasure to have him in the house. He was also kind to my dog (who's a big fluffy love-puppy).

The bill was fair, easy to understand, no BS fees and I felt really good about supporting a local business!!
