I decided to have my old oil tank removed to avoid any future oil leaks or possible catastrophic failures leading to environmental contamination and resulting in costly remediation. The JPS team did a great job completing this difficult task of removing the tank and its attached pipe connections in my basement. I strongly recommend them with a five star rating and many thanks!

Five stars in my opinion isn't a good enough rating for this company! If I could give 10 stars I would. From start to finish, everything was seamless and very professional. Beginning with the contact from the office both verbally and text on date and time and if any updates, to their punctuality on the job and having the work completed both professionally , neatly and in such a timely manner. I have to say that Jacob’s Property Solutions was a blessing. A friend of ours referred them to us when our Oil Tank in our basement started leaking and we were panicking because we have a Non-Verbal Autistic child in our house and is stunk like home heating oil.
