Jacobs Property Solutions. My 37 year old tank is gone. The 3 man team worked like a well oiled (no pun intended) machine. They were personable and efficient. In and out in just over an hour. Fascinating to watch. the space left behind is cleaner than when they started. Communication with the office was top notch as well. Kelly kept me informed every step of the way. The price was more than competitive. A pretty amazing company.

Would highly recommend to anyone. They are quick to respond and schedule, communicate when they’re are on the way and if any issues arise, they keep you in the loop the whole time the team is here working and walk you through their work once they complete the job. They are upfront and will let you know before they begin of any possible changes in price. Quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with!

Not only were they the best priced around. But they were very professional and very courteous and very neat during the job
I would highly recommend this company for any Oil Tank removal services. I will give them a 10 out of 10 all day long. -
Punctual, communicative, efficient, respectful, tidy and professional. They made quick work of something we’ve been wanting to get done for so long. Would definitely recommend.

We are pleased to recommend Jacob’s Property Solutions Oil Tank Removal. From the first inquiry to completion of the job, communication was timely and all questions were answered. We found their prices to be fair and the work was completed to specification. It is absolutely delightful to have the basement area where the tanks were located restored to useable space. No spills, no mess and no drama! Norman and his team will be our first call if we need oil tank removal in the future.

These guys showed up on time, in a professional manner, and got the job done without so much as an oil mark on my basement floor. Absolute PRO’s! Will definitely work with this company again. Thank you!

Exceptional Service - Highly Recommend!
I’ve been in the floorcovering business for over 40 years, a family-run operation since the 1950s. My father taught me the importance of doing business the right way—fair pricing, clean, neat work, and always respecting the fact that we’re working in someone’s home. So, when it came to replacing my leaking oil tank, I expected the same level of care from the company I hired.
The heating service company I initially contacted was not giving me peace of mind about how they planned to remove the old tank, especially since I have a finished basement. They insisted the tank didn’t need to be cut, but I wasn’t comfortable with that approach. That’s when I found Jacob’s Property Solutions.
From my first conversation with the office to texting with Norman himself, I knew I was in good hands. We set up an appointment, and I was blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of Norman and his team. Norman made sure to cover my carpet with plastic, and within an hour, he and two other employees had cut, drained, and removed the tank with absolute precision. They even provided me with the proper permit for tank disposal.
I was quoted $3,400 by another company for the same job. Jacob’s Property Solutions did it for $550—without cutting corners. If you need a tank removed or any other service they offer, look no further. I can’t recommend Norman and his team highly enough! -
A++ If you need to replace your heating oil tank, or dispose of an old tank on your property, look no further than JPSRI. Don’t wait for a tank failure, oil leak, and expensive cleanup on your property. Get it done. Norman and the JPSRI team were professionals, through & through. Excellent communication, reasonable pricing, reliable, on time, quality, code-compliant workmanship, efficient, and respectful of the property - they work conscientiously and clean up thoroughly. They made a very tough job look easy and I couldn’t have been more impressed with Norman’s and JPSRI’s complete commitment to my satisfaction with the work. Trustworthy and highly dedicated to their specialty. They earned my 5 stars and I have little doubt they will earn yours, too!

For a 91 year old widow managing an old house is intimidating. Our 56 year old oil tank was leaking, walled off, limiting access.
JPS came to the rescue.
From my first contact through to the job completion it was an excellent experience.
Kelly was reassuring, informative , responsive throughout.
The technicians, DJ and Jayden, were pleasant to have around, in the few contacts we had during the very difficult 7 hour job. A door had to be removed. Clearly they knew their stuff. A very impressive performance,
They cleaned up well when they were done.
I heartily recommend this company -
They cut the wrong pipe and said nothing about. As a result my home was unable to receive an oil delivery until the pipe was replaced. Instead of owning it and making it right they chose to deny it. Accidents and mistakes happen, but it’s how you respond to them that matters. Zero stars for lack of character and integrity.

Communication was excellent. Service was outstanding. They were able to squeeze me in on pretty short notice, which was greatly appreciated. They showed up on time, worked quick and efficiently, and left the space clean. I would absolutely use Jacobs Property Solutions again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them for oil tank removal.

Platinum replaced an A/C system for me 2.5 years ago, and everything went well. I needed my local area service tech (who's servicing the Warwick/Cranston area) to come out and have a look at something. He's a nice guy, arrived early, made a great impressions, was very helpful, and for that reason I'll continue to use Platinum for maintenance and other stuff. Please feel comfortable choose Platinum for your central A/C needs!

We want to thank Jake for the wonderful work he did at our house these past two days. The price was great, he and the staff worked hard to find the best solution to our problem. We HIGHLY recommend Greenwood Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
Thank you again! -
Dan and his coworker started the job of a new heating system on time and worked their butts off to finish the job to our satisfaction!!
These two gentleman are excellent representatives of Mr Rooter/Greenwood plumbing!
Highly recommend Dan and the whole company for all your plumbing needs
Thank you ! -
Kelly came out to look at a leak that I had on a cracked nut with the water shut off on the toilet. She diagnosed the problem right away gave me an approximate cost and diligently went and fixed and resolved the solution. She tested it, twice and provided solutions to restore damage. What a pleasant experience I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again, and again I’d like to thank Kelly for her professional attitude and dedication to resolving my problem.
Sincerely,

Issues called for "NO hot water"
The service technician was really nice.
Though I did approve the two individual quotes / repairs done I find the charges are quite outrageous.
$150.00 diagnostic charge. No problem with this. (Though many places waive if you have the work done) They did not. OK fine.
Replace a bad relay @ $665.95. The part on line less than $70.00.
That didn't fix the problem but was probably bad?
Replaced a transformer @ $367.47. The part on line was $16.00.
The more I think about it the $947.00 in labor for replacing the two parts seem excessive for about 2 1/2 hrs not including the diagnostic fee.
I spoke calmly with someone at the shop and was told there was nothing she could do about it.
Oh well!!!

Woke up to a burning smell, called Greenwood Plumbing. Peter came out, assessed the situation and helped with a solution. Unfortunately, the heat exchange was toast and I needed a new furnace. Peter was exceptional!! Grateful for him and for Greenwood Plumbing!

Just called with a HVAC request and was told they were not accepting new customers…

I called needing help and Eric showed up 20 minutes later. He was very personable and really knew what he was talking about. Very reasonably priced too.
-
We had Eric come to our house to install a new water heater. He contacted us 30 minutes before showing up to give us notice. He was friendly and a pleasure to be around. He took time to explain things that were not done correctly by the previous owner and made sure todo it correctly this time. Would highly recommend him to anyone!
