This is an extension to my original review. I am using them for a second time to remove 2 100' oak trees. These guys are outstanding. They came fully prepared to do the job in the most efficient way. They are worth every penny.

Joe responded to us in hours and the next day we had our property restored fully! A very large tree was blown over into our yard. The massive job was skillfully done and almost no evidence exists from this major storm damage! Best of all the price was very affordable and reasonable! The efficient crew was awesome and accommodating! They fully explained all work! We will have Joe and crew back in the spring to trim and do some preventative work in a few other problem areas! We highly recommend this company!!

Joe and his staff were amazing from start to finish. I called him for a quote after a couple trees fell. My backyard looked like a hurricane hit it. Joe came out the very next day and his quote was more than fair. He was very thorough explaining everything to me and was able to get the project done a couple days later. His crew showed up on time and completed the project in a few hours. Their work was excellent. They cleaned up the yard afterwards and I could not be happier. I wish we could take credit for saying that we did the research and found this affordable tree company ourselves. However, it was our “freighbors” who called Joe to come out for an estimate about a tree that straddled our property line and invited us to weigh in on the decision making.

My husband spoke with the owner Joe and was so impressed by his wealth of tree knowledge, forthright disposition, and straightforward personality that we decided to hire him as well for additional tree removal and stump grinding in our backyard.

Joe and his crew of two other experienced tree fellers (Tyler and Joe) arrived on time, confirmed details of the job, executed the services swiftly, and cleaned up their mess leaving no trace of the tree annihilation.

I asked Joe and his team if they could do a few additional things that I didn’t think of when they first came out to quote me; and of course, I would adjust his compensation accordingly. He professionally explained that he would have to see if it was a possibility due to other things planned for the day. I appreciated his candor and diligence in wanting to make sure he showed up on time for his other customers as well. He strikes me as a fair businessman who values old fashioned principles and staying true to his word.

Surprisingly, he and his team moved at such an efficient pace that he was able to accommodate my additional requests. He also went above and beyond in sharing observations about other trees leaning towards our house and presenting affordable solutions to mitigate any potential destruction.

In the future, we will definitely do business with them again. Not only does it feel good to support a small, local business, but Joe has built a business with a stellar reputation that surely precedes him. (Knock on wood)

Joe came out and completed a difficult project quickly and professionally. He ground up 6 stumps for us. At first, Joe was hesitant to take the job because he values your property and a job well done. This is because 3 of the stumps were next to our pool. He worked with us and managed to grind all of the stumps without damaging our pool. It is also impressive that from the estimate to removal it only took 3 days. The Flynn family cannot recommend Joe enough!

I had a tree coming down called Joe, he arrived within 24 hours, gave me an affordable estimate, scheduled the work, and completed it. The process was easy, the price was great, and the work was professional. I'll be using them again and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of service.

We highly recommend Affordable Stump Grinding and Property Management. We had Joe come out yesterday to give a quote on some work. He actually answers calls , messages and texts! His quote was very reasonable for taking two trees down. He said he had availability sometime latter in the week and to our surprise he called today and asked if he could take care of it today! We realized when we were looking at the two trees that we had two pine trees that were completely dead. Joe and his crew took down all 4 trees again with a reasonable charge to add the other two trees. Joe and his team work well together, they’re friendly, professional, have all the necessary equipment needed to do the job , safety equipment and and knowledgeable. They had those trees down in no time and I even got some much needed mulch for my flower beds. I got absolutely nothing done today because I was amazed watching them take the trees down and dropping the limbs between fences and a shed and throwing them into a chipper. Impressive to watch them at work. They cleaned up a little and we couldn’t be happier. We really can’t say enough good things about the service from beginning to end! I’m sure we’ll need more work done here and we wouldn’t call anyone else but them to do it. Great job guys!!!

Happy to recommend. We had a few large trees on our property that was in desperate need of coming down. Other companies wanted to charge a arm and leg and said it could not be done with out a big crane. Thankfully Osborn came recommended from our church and after meeting with Osborn team they ensured us they could get it done and a week later the tree and stump was removed. Yard cleaned up and priced accordingly. Happy we found this company

Great experience with Osborn Tree Service. They removed three trees and ground one stump quickly and professionally.

They were very responsive—came out within minutes for an estimate and scheduled the job within a week. The crew did excellent work, cleaned up thoroughly, and even neatly stacked the wood for firewood.
