I can’t say enough good things about this power washing company! From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in his work. He was very thorough and made sure every area was cleaned from the walkway and windows to the siding and patio.
What impressed me most was how careful he was with my property and how clean everything looked afterward. The before and after difference is insane! The pricing was more than fair for the quality I received.

Sunshine Softwash came to my rescue when my insurance company threatened to drop me because of moss on my roof! They not only got rid of the moss with a chemical treatment, they left a five minute explanation on the company’s voicemail that sealed the deal! They also did a great job on my friend’s house. And she had recommended them to me. Very nice too!
