I thought that maybe I would remove the negative feedback for this company. I actually removed it and then attempted to contact the owner. Again, the emphasis was taken off them and moved towards me. At one point me mentions about the quote which I always said to my girlfriend, this is a great price and I bet you it was misquoted. Well, he mentions it, without me bringing it up. Then he immediately says well come up with a reasonable price and we will be there this weekend. Wait, you want me to come up with a price and now you are coming right away. I'm not in the business. I don't know how to price these things. How about this. YOU quoted it, you stand by the offer. But no...we just won't show up and/or answer you anymore. Listen, he may do a great job but this company isn't for me. If he puts it down on paper, maybe he'll stand by it, maybe he won't. Buyer beware!! and I'm the one who contacted him after I wrote my first comment figuring I would give him a second chance. Apparently business is really good. Thanks again Osborn Tree Service.

Great service, a tree fell in my yard and they offered to come extra quick to get it removed. Quick, friendly and great prices, definitely recommended

After they gave us a quote they gave us a day that they were going to come to get our tree removed. They never called to tell us they were not going to come. When they finally called back they didn’t apologize for not informing us on the change. They just said that they don’t tell people to cancel their work days and they do not need the homeowners to be home when the job gets done. Personally if you guys get paid cash we would want to be home to pay you AND we would be more comfortable being home while it gets done. If you actually came to the house like you said you could have knocked on the door to tell us you were not going to do the job for whatever reason. We had other work getting done and no one saw the truck outside like they claimed. Just unprofessional and now seems untrustworthy as a company.

These people are great. They had a bog job to do in our yard and they did it with care and concern for our family. The yard was nicely cleaned and they even came back to do some small things which were requested after they finished the job. The folks who work with them are respectful and willing to listen and fix whatever they are able. I'm grateful to have found them. Their prices were reasonable, and we were more than happy not only with their work but also with their staff.

I had trees cut before with other companies, by far this crew was the best, they were reliable and punctual and they did the job they promised to do, not like others I hired before. They care about the work they do. Dustin was very nice and very reasonable and the whole crew was very professional and hardworking, even though one was a cowboys fan and I am an eagles fan. Lol.
If you want the job done right then call Dustin, I am sure glad I did.

I used Osborn Tree Service to have a large tree taken down and another tree trimmed back that was hanging over my house. I cant say enough good things about this company. The price was VERY fair. We had one minor issue which was of nobody's fault and they insisted they correct it prior to getting paid for their services. Will happily recommend these guys moving forward. A+ service!!!!

My call was returned same day and they were able to come out and give me a quote within a few days of that. The price was reasonable and we settled on a day to get it done. They ended up having room to do it sooner, so I got my trees out even faster than planned. They were very professional and efficient, it only took them about an hour and a half to complete the removal. They cleaned up both my property where the trees were and the road where the trees fell. I will absolutely use them again for more removal and recommend them very highly.

Dustin and his team were amazing. They removed 3 trees on my property, and did so in a timely manner. Even more impressive was their execution in removing one of the trees, as it was less than 6 feet away from my house. They were careful enough to remove that without any damage to the house or neighbors fence.

Good customer service and easy to schedule. Estimate/Cost was fair and very competitive for removal of four large trees in a narrow space. Yard was left clean and free of debris. Would certainly hire again without hesitation.

Osborn Tree service did an amazing job cutting down a tree that had fallen on my house after a tornado. The tree had fallen on the side of my house hitting the electrical box and lading right over the ac unit. They cut the tree down without causing anymore damage to my home and they didn’t let any part of the cut up tree hit the ac unit. They did an amazing job for an amazing price. I will definitely use them again for all of my tree needs. They were also super kind!
