We recently purchased a condo and had an issue with the hvac system after a contractor was sanding out basement. We called and the girls in the office looked up what system we had and walked me through finding where we change the filter (we could not figure this out). They were great to work with and after changing out the filter we no longer had a problem.

A huge "thank you" to the office staff and plumbing staff at Kafin Oil. Our water heater was leaking, and our initial call to Nicole in Service got the ball rolling, and she quickly had 2 plumbers, Juan and Andrew, out at our home to assess the situation. A followup email from Kelly in Service contained a detailed quote, and she was able to order all the parts and schedule service for first thing the next morning. Three terrific plumbers, Andrew, Josh and Steve, were here for more than several hours to complete the job. They left only after making sure the hot water was working on all faucets and that the heat was back working, as well. We cannot thank Nicole, Kelly, Juan, Andrew, Josh, and Steve enough for the timely and professional way this was handled.

Kafin is terrific. I had a wonderful HVAC person but he retired. My AC units died in the middle of a heat wave. Kafin said they could be out in four days but would call me if it could be sooner. They did and fixed the issues. They treated me as if I had been a customer for 20 years! So glad I found them! Deb Lane (Don't know why my public posting says David Krane, can't seem to figure out how to change it. LOL)

We had Kafin Oil Co replace our HVAC system. Brandon and his team replaced the condensers and hydro air handlers and filled them with R32. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, and completed the work on time on both the first and second floors. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any HVAC-related work.

Kafin HVAC has always been very responsive when I've needed service or an estimate. They have worked with me to come up with creative solutions and their staff are professional and great to work with. So happy to have found them!

I have had Kafin oil since we built the house in 1998. Kafin did such a great job on our heating system we continued to use them for our oil and system maintenance and still to this day Kafin continues to keep our system running efficiently. Kafin was also our choice when it came to installing our mini split system. We have found the employees to be knowledgeable and professional whether dealing with office staff, delivery drivers and technicians Kafin has answered the call during and after hours.
