Fairway Exteriors completed a large project on our house including doors, windows, front stair railing & James Hardie siding. From the initial quote to the job being completed, Scott, Isaac and the crew were beyond amazing!!! Scott provided a very thorough quote that included everything required to complete our project. He was very patient and presented multiple drafts of the quote due to color changes and other variables. Once finalized, Scott took the time to be sure we understood all the different phases of work to be completed. The communication from the initial email all the way through job completion was much better than we expected!!! Every question was answered and the workmanship was flawless. Scott & Isaac made sure the final product met their very strict standards. We saw this first hand when certain areas had to be removed & replaced. We are very happy we chose Fairway Exteriors for our project!! If you are in the market for James Hardie siding, windows, doors or other exterior projects and want a contractor that respects your home and communicates very clearly and quickly, do yourself a favor and contact Fairway Exteriors. Scott, Isaac, and team were absolutely fantastic. We are both extremely pleased with the results and the process. Scott and Isaac kept us well informed of the progress and helped us navigate customization decisions. Additionaly, they stood by their product and fixed a water issue with our deck, despite it likely being an issue created by a previous contractor. I absolutely recommend to anyone interested in new siding!

Scott and Isaac were great to work with! Scott was patient as we took 2-3 years to make this big investment decision in new siding. He followed up every few months without pressure to just stay in contact.

The project came in on time and at the quoted price all the while dealing with issues that came up during the install.

The install crew was flat out amazing. They worked long days in the heat of July and the quality of work was most impressive.

We used Scott and Fairway Exteriors to reside our whole house with Hardie siding. From the very first interaction, Scott was very responsive, communicative, and interested. He listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get just that. I was very impressed by the frequent updates and involvement during our project because we have not gotten that on other large house projects we’ve had. If you express and concerns Scott and Fairway will work with you to make sure they are addressed. Finally, we were very impressed with the quality of the work and the attention to detail on things that could easily have gone unnoticed. Yes, it’s expensive, so I didn’t evaluate that in this review. But, if you’re looking for a company that will provide excellent service and give you exactly what you paid for and maybe more, take a look at Fairway Exteriors.

We really enjoyed working with Fairway Exteriors! The process was super easy to go through and had a very detailed quote/contract. Their quote was so much more reasonable than other companies and for quality James Hardie. The only improvement could have been a little bit more communication initiated by the company, but I may just be an over-communicator. They did a great job at cleaning up and then went above and beyond when a few light fixtures were broken in the process. House is absolutely gorgeous and was done so well! Highly recommend!

Awesome company! Scott and his crew were responsive and had the best customer service. From start to finish they did an excellent job. We are absolutely thrilled with our finished siding and deck. We worked with Fairway Exteriors and had a good experience. We did both siding and windows as well and have been pleased with the work for both. We chose Fairway based on reviews from others and their pricing was competitive. The onsite installers were professional and there was always a foreman on site we could communicate directly with. He also gave us daily updates on progress, questions or issues. We had issues with a leaky exterior faucet and a gas line that they discovered and we had a third party come out to fix. Those were our only additional costs.

We received several estimates from different companies before choosing Fairway. Scott answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured to rush the process. Our work was completed in a timely manner. Communication was excellent and Scott and the company were very detailed oriented. Our house looks amazing!

The workers at 5301 roe highway block the sidewalk for 9hrs a day, for 10 days now. Forcing people with strollers into the busy road. There is a side road with plenty of parking space a 1/4 block away. I did reach out to the company twice before posting this review. I would never use company that values children's lives so little. Makes me wonder how much they value their work.

Update: The home owner was confronted by someone from this company concerning this review and asked for my information. I'm not sure what they intend to do with that knowledge. The home owner passed along my review to a nosy neighbor. This lead to a heated phone call from that neighbor. She wants me to take down my review and that it was a honest mistake. Forcing women and children onto a highway for 2 weeks when it could have been avoided is not a honest mistake. Especially when I tried twice to work this out face to face and over the phone. All of this could have been avoided had the workers thought about safety first instead of their own convenience.

After receiving multiple quotes to replace my siding from other contractors, I chose Scott and his crew. Scott was very open and transparent with me, explaining all the steps and reasoning to his approach. I was very happy with the install quality, as well as the updates that Isaac and Scott would provide me on the work as it progressed. I have already suggested Fariway Exteriors to a few neighbors who were interested in replacing their siding as well!

The Fairway Exteriors team did an excellent job on our home. We called to request a free estimate for a full siding project, as well as the potential for some additional work, primarily a partial remodel of the back door. The estimate process was easy, the quote was clear, and the communication was great. There was some lead time before the project began, simply due to the materials needing to be ordered, but that's going to happen with any of these large projects. Once the work began, Scott and his foreman Isaac were very communicative from the outset, and very helpful in addressing any of our questions and/or concerns. The house looks great, and we're thrilled with the quality of the siding and the door they installed. Would highly recommend reaching out to Fairway if you're looking to work on your home's siding or other exterior needs.

Scott and the Fairway Exterior team saved my house! I recently had a local contractor do an incredibly poor job of installing James Hardie siding on my house. Ultimately it would have led to many leaks and possibly rotting. Scott and his team at Fairway Exteriors removed all of the shoddy work and started fresh installing everything according to all of the manufacturers specifications. Now I have a beautiful home again with a warranty on the work completed that the manufacturer will stand by. Hard lesson learned on selecting a great contractor. Scott and his team can be trusted to do amazing work. I would definitely use Fairway Exteriors again!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Scott, Isaac, and the crew at Fairway Exterior. They were very thorough in communicating from beginning to the end. There were no questions left unanswered. The crew was respectful and so quick and efficient. The Hardie Board siding looks incredible and our home got a major upgrade, we are eager to show off the results. We are thrilled with this decision and will enjoy it for years to come. What could we possibly say about Scott and the team at Fairway Exteriors? We received a transparent, itemized bid, met with Scott to talk through our new siding and windows and answer all of our questions, received updates throughout the project, and Scott wasn't happy until we were happy. The work is crisp and attention to detail is everywhere.

As important as the work was how I was treated. As a younger woman who was Scott's direct contact throughout, I never once felt condescended to or treated poorly, which has not been my experience with other contractors on past projects or in the bidding process for this one. I easily contacted 20 other companies to come and give me a bid. Half never got back to me, and those who did come meet with me left a message of a number and never directly spoke with me about what it entailed. Scott was a professional throughout and made me feel comfortable doing this level of work with him. With a house with brand new Hardie siding and new 40-year windows, I'll likely not get to work with Scott again any time soon, but, should that change, he'll be my first and only call.

I highly recommend this company. Scott and team provided a very professional group to replace our windows as well as siding. They were on-site daily for check-in and questions. The crews were very respectful of our property, cleaning up daily after work was completed for the day. A five star company going above and beyond!!! We have our dream home now!!!

We are very satisfied with the work Fairway Exterior did for us. We chose them after getting several quotes to completely reside our house. Scott and Isaac were very communicative and knowledgeable throughout the whole process and their team was hardworking, efficient and detail oriented. We are so happy with the final result!

Fairway removed our house's 1970 wood siding and divided-light windows, and replaced them with James Hardie siding and ComfortLine FiberFrame windows. They replaced all the exterior lights and gutters, painted the bricks and the garage doors.

Everyone from Fairway was easy to work with, remarkably responsive, and tidy. Indoors, they used drop cloths and vacuumed.
We're happy with the advice Scott Neidow gave us on Hardie siding. The new windows are amazing! They look great and operate so smoothly. We immediately noticed the difference they made in keeping the house cool and reducing noise.
The house looks fresh and ready for another 50 years. The neighbors enjoyed watching the process and all say they love the new look.

The crew at Fairway Exteriors did an excellent job. We had some 70’s garden windows that needed to be replaced with something appropriate for a century home. Issac and crew kept me up to date, shared their progress, and totally cleaned up. Outstanding!

If I had to do it all over again, would I use this service again? YES.

Services performed: removed old siding, disposed of old siding, new house wrap installed, new siding installed, and misc. detail work.

Below I describe in greater detail as to why I would recommend Fairway Exteriors.

1. Fairway Exteriors actually gave me a quote. I had requested eight other companies for quotes and only three gave me one.

2. Product knowledge is impressive and concern for proper insulation a priority. Lifetime warranty.

3. Custom work for siding around exterior lights and water spigot.

4. Communicated well; more importantly, Fairway Exteriors returned phone calls and replied to text messages and was reachable.

5. Willing to work with me to do some architectural details with the siding.

FYI, though not as popular, the smooth surface siding displays less dirt than dimensional wood grain finish from James Hardie.
