Safe Harbor provided us with a seamless, on time experience with each of their five work crews (siding, windows, roofing, gutters, and painting). It was great having one point man (Steve Scheffler) guide us through the process. We thought their work was exceptional and could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Our home received a beautiful facelift with new James Hardie siding, trim, soffit and fascia, gutters and paint. Justin was there to guide us every step of the way. He listened to everything we talked about, made suggestions and was never pushy if we opted to do something different. He explained everything in such great detail that we could visualize what our home would look like. He always kept us in the loop on timing from beginning to end of our project. He was very customer focused and wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied. The teams doing the siding, gutter and paint were very professional and incredibly hard workers, working from sun up to sun down and knew exactly what they were doing. They made sure to clean up every day. The price was reasonable considering all the work completed. If you want the best company for your exterior needs, Safe Harbor is your safest choice.

Steve and his team did a great job with our home. It was a large project with, new siding for the house and work shop, gutters, window replacement, new window added, tear out the old deck and replace, tear out the old porch and replace, insulation, frame and side the detached work shop, and paint the foundation.
I have managed many projects of this size and no job is without something coming up. It was just a phone call, discussed, and the issue resolved. Also Steve and his team started the job and worked every day until completed, weather permitting. The team cleaned up at the end of each work day and made sure all remaining material was covered and protected.

Justin was fantastic to work with. He thoroughly examined our needs and answered any questions we had. He communicated with us consistently and often so we were never left guessing where things were at. Safe Harbor Exteriors did an absolutely incredible job on our home. Justin was excellent with his explanation of work, communication throughout the project, and follow-up to ensure all expectations were met.

We had the siding, soffit, fascia, window trim, and door trim installed and painted. We had a crew for the siding install and another one for all paint work. Each was not only extremely talented, but also respectful and professional. The entire project was completed in a matter of a few days and we couldn't be happier with the results.

I had both deck and patio doors replaced on my 35+ year old house. The patio doors could have been a bit tricky for a less experienced company, as door sizes today are slightly different than decades ago. However, the expert crews (one for the patio door and one for the deck) mastered the measurements, and then installed everything precisely. This thoughtful approach prevented damage to the house and trim work, saving us additional repair costs, which is much appreciated! Justin (project manager) did a superb job managing our expectations, keeping on top of schedules, and keeping us informed. After the job was finished and paid for, I found some damage to the Hardie siding hidden behind the railing. No worries with Safe Harbor, they quickly dispatched a technician and repaired the slightly damaged area to my satisfaction. If you love your house as we do, you cannot find a better company to maintain your investment than Safe Harbor Exteriors.

We needed to replace the windows on the front of our home due to some rot issues. I called a couple of companies, got quotes from Pella, Anderson and Safe Harbor. We went with Safe Harbor and are very pleased. Justin was top notch in our discussions and his recommendations. Very friendly and took the time to talk to us about options. We went with Marvin windows, wonderful upgrade over our old Pella. The installation team/crew was absolutely amazing. This is such a critical piece. True craftsmen at window installs. Timely, polite, cleaned up well. Brought any issues to my attention. Found some cedar that needed replaced and did all of that, adding flashing and some extra work for the long term protection. Could not be happier with their work installing. We highly recommend Safe Harbor, a smaller local company that does top notch work. Thanks Justin and team!

He provides a very through estimate and tells you about the products he suggests but gives options. We had Fairway Exteriors replace 13 original windows on our 1950’s home. Scott provided a range of window options at different price points and talked me through the benefits of each. The replacement windows look fantastic. Scott and his team did a great job. Communication was easy and Scott was very responsive. The installers were very professional, punctual (early even), worked astonishingly fast and did quality work. Interior trim work was left in place, and the new exterior trim looks great. They hauled away all debris and even vacuumed inside. Price was cheaper than other comparable bids. Highly Recommended.

Scott and his team did a fantastic job! Despite a rainy spring, our extensive project (full siding, multiple windows, new gutters, new shutters...) was completed on budget and ahead of schedule! We also had a few surprises along the way with some extra repairs for under the surface wood rot (which really needed to be repaired regardless of the new siding), but Scott's team kept us informed and involved. The dedicated construction team was completely professional and respectful of our house and our neighborhood. Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful new/old house!

From start to finish Scott and his team from Fairway Exteriors were great. We met with Scott late last year to start planning the siding project and at every steps he was super responsive and provided excellent service. He kept us in the loop about escalating product costs that enabled us to get the products purchased prior to a price hike, which of course was really appreciated. There was no point of the process where we wondered what was happening because Scott kept us updated the entire way.

As for the work itself, we could not be happier. His crew arrived when he said they would and left our house very clean with virtually no nails or debris around the house. Scott provided us daily updates throughout the days work was occurring, which included video updates to show the ongoing daily progress.
