After hearing a loud pop, the circuit breaker to my bedroom tripped. I reset the breaker, but the lights to the ceiling fan did not operate. The fan operated, but not the lights. Dan analyzed the situation, searching the circuit until he found a wire within the canopy of the fan that was the culprit for the outage. He quickly made the repair, tested the lights, and all operated smoothly again. He responded within an hour of my initial phone call and fiexed the problem promptly and completely. Excellent service and excellent value, and I strongly recommend him

We purchased a home in Charlotte and didn’t realize the extent of the renovations needed. Dan was terrific! Reliable and very competent. Work was permitted and inspected. Prices very fair. Would recommend him highly!

Was replacing an outlet and had a breaker blow. I reset everything but multiple rooms in my house didn’t have power. I threw in the towel and a friend recommended Dan. He showed the next day (a Sunday!). I told him what happened and that when I turned on my stove, the tv would suddenly get power. He immediately knew what the issue was and showed me at the breaker and at the meter from Duke. Great to actually have someone explain the issue for future knowledge. Would highly recommend and will certainly call him next time we have an issue.

Dan is a talented and professional electrician. He solves problems and has an eye for detail. He has done several projects for us and we were always impressed by his quality of work.

I had a major electrical issue over a holiday weekend that greatly affected my business. Can't even begin to say how many companies I called early Friday morning without getting a single response.

Mr. Peters was fast to respond to my issue and while I was able to to temporarily resolve my issue on my own, I took it upon myself to delay the repair until first thing Monday morning when my business is closed and a proper repair could be done.

It was a risky move on my part, not because of safety reasons, but because the repair would have shut me down for possibly a few hours. Anybody that is involved in retail knows how precious hours of operation can be.

I was able to make that decision comfortably because Mr. Peters assured me that he is available for the repair if need be. He continued to check in on me throughout the weekend to make sure everything was up and running and said he said he is available in case of failure at a drop of a hat.

The issue was resolved immediately first thing Monday morning as planned. He was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He will be my first call if any other electrical issue ever arises again.

Dan has been my electrician for over 12 years. I've dealt with other electricians in the past but Dan's expertise has spoiled me. He's patient, extremely knowledgeable and a very good trouble-shooter. I wish I was at good at my job as he is at his.

Dan Peters is one of the best electricians out there. As a person that used to work with him, I can safely say that he’s one of the good ones, not out there to take your money, this man is truly about making sure your house is safe (electrical wise) and will give you exactly what you ask of him. Very honorable and a man to his word. If you ever need electrical repairs, Dan is the man.

Dan does an amazing job all things electrical. He works quietly, works intensely and cleans up after himself. He is an expert at exterior illumination as well as highlighting garden features, ponds ,waterfalls and trees. He set up our generator prior to an approaching hurricane. He is honest, friendly and fairly funny. You will feel safe having him in your home working.

Dan has been my go to electrician since 2009. Some of the jobs he has done for me are low voltage landscape lighting, adding lights above bath and shower areas, installing ceiling fans, hanging fixtures and dimmer switches and surround sound in my bonus room. Dan is the man! He can handle many different aspects of electrical work. He never tried to sell me on anything unnecessary. Dan has done a number of electrical jobs at my house including installing lighting, ceiling fans and wiring for a generator. He is honest, fair and professional. I’ve used other electricians in the past and Dan is by far the best in both the quality of his work and overall value. He told me when something didn’t need to be done to help save some money and if something he saw needed to be addressed he gave me different ideas on how to get it done. I called many people and Dan had the fastest response time, and even with back and forth conversations. He also had a great rate. Dan is an excellent electrician and a very diligent worker. He is a very professional and hard worker. If you call Dan you're in very good and trustworthy hands. He designed and did the electric, audio and home theater setup for my basement. He is very punctual, honest, and always suggests the best and economically friendly options. Dan helped us do the electrical for our deck. As well as some other work including a generator lockout for power outages. He was always friendly, communicated all the time about if he was running late or when planning for future visits, and was very fair on price. He even covered another electricuans work under his own permit so all my work was permitted and legal. Can't say enough good things about him!

We had a few electrical outlets that weren't working, yes I check the breakers and the resets. Peters Electric said they were available around 1PM. He was able to come earlier, assessing the issue & fixing the problem in a timely manner. Rate was reasonable also.
