I had Father and Sons come to my home for an electrical issue. They not only repaired the issue in a very professional manner, but also addressed aesthetic concerns I had with regard to form and function. I highly recommend them for electrical service.

Yesterday, I spoke with a nice woman there to set up an appointment for 3:30pm today. At 4:15pm, I called to inquire to make sure we were still on the schedule for today. I spoke with a man this time who was EXTREMELY rude to me saying "No, your appointment was AFTER 3:30, NOT 3:30!" "Okay ..", I said. Well, I guess the electrician will call me when they're on their way?" He said "Electricians ALWAYS call when they're on their way! And your appointment was for AFTER 3:30. It could be 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 11:30! I remember the conversation!" "Sir", I said, "I've never spoken with you in my life. I spoke with a woman yesterday." Then he yelled "Do you want to cancel the call?!!" "Yes", I told him. "I do want to cancel the call!" and I hung up. Wow! I've never had an experience like that before! I'd definitely stay away from these folks.

Sir, in reading your response to my post here, you attempt to change history. When I called to inquire if you had a time estimate of when the electrician would be here, you completely went off on me. I asked a simple question and you immediately got defensive and rude. I do not know what kind of day you'd been having up to that point, but I was NOT your problem. In fact, I gave you the benefit of the doubt about the stress in your voice, but when you starting ranting about "it could be 4:30, 5:30, 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, 11:30 ...", I knew you'd lost it. You and I both know the truth about this conversation, sir. You can write your words, but you can't re-write what actually took place over the phone.

Josh Messick is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and confident and his skills are top rated. I am extremely satisfied with the projects he has completed and will without a doubt use him again, soon. I really like the company and they way they communicate with the customer. Great Company!

Our electrician professional was Roman. He installed a large light fixture above our kitchen table and it looks great. He was on-time, even calling ahead to tell us that he was on his way. He was so thorough, professional and cleaned up after the job.

The electrician was knowledgeable, friendly and quick... but the billing is ridiculous and the cost was not clearly communicated when I booked. Paid nearly $250 to install two light switches (no materials needed). The job took 11 minutes from the time he got out of his truck until he processed billing. CRAZY EXPENSIVE!

Yesterday morning I called Father and Son Electric to find an electrician to install a ceiling heat/vent unit in our master bath. While I was on the phone I learned that a job had been cancelled and someone was on the way. Adam called arrived at my home at 1:00 pm, examined the situation, explained what needed to be done and made several suggestions. In addition to installing and wiring the ceiling unit, a dedicated line and new switches were needed to handle the heater, so it took four hours to complete the work. While Adam was working, I checked out the whole house surge protector his company recommended and asked him to install that as well. Adam did his job in a professional, clean, congenial and capable manner. I will certainly be calling Father and Son the next time I have an electrical problem or project and highly recommend them.

Roman arrived on schedule and completed my requested work installing replacement gfi outdoor outlets quickly and professionally. Then he inquired if I had any other electrical issues. I did have two other electrical system issues which he repaired quickly and professionally. He was very courteous and helpful explaining what work he did, and why it was needed.

Father and Son Electric came to my house yesterday and I had a long laundry list of items including the circuit was out in the hallway and bathroom. They worked on everything including putting can lights in the kitchen where there were no lights and were very professional. The biggest thing is that they made sure that the wiring was safe when they left.

I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend their services. One thing is if they are in the attic for a while understand that they are wiring through your walls.

Billy Huskey did a great job! I appreciated his honesty and work ethic when it came to installing my outdoor outlet! He told me what I needed and finished the job in great time! Very satisfied in his work! Communication at the office level could have been better, but overall I was extremely happy!

I hired them to do a few things around the house we needed. We had a hard-wired drop in counter stove top and wall oven that we were replacing with a range. They switched that out to a range outlet, so we could just plug it in. Each of our kids' bedrooms have a switch that worked only the outlets, they had no light in ceiling. They cut a hole, put a connection box and ran a line to the switch in each room. My daughter now has a beautiful chandelier in her room and my son got a cool tech light. They are both so happy!

The company sent a picture of who was coming and when they were on their way, which I greatly appreciated. Mike was AWESOME!! So nice and he answered all my questions. Steve came a few days later to fix one minor issue, and he was just as GREAT. I would definitely recommend them and will keep their info should I need help again.

I had service done from Father & Sons electric last July to install all the rough-ins and complete the work once the drywall was installed on my bonus room. I had a tight budget for completing the bonus room, but the owner charged me an extra $500 for finishing -on top of what was in the contract.

I'm not entirely happy with what transpired with dealing with the owner.
I would not entirely recommend this company since my experience was very bad-especially with my dealing with the owner who charged me another $500 to finish the job. He actually walked-out of the job unless I paid him in cash or cashier's check. But after the back-and-forth, I was allowed to pay by check. Needless to say, all the stress and wasted time amounted to useless argument.

Be as it may, the task was completed and I decided to let it go.

This is the least that I can provide for the review but this is my honest opinion.

Adam from Father and Son Electric was at my house yesterday to install recessed lighting and doing other small repairs. This was the BEST experience I've ever had with an electrician and electric service company. The lady with whom I spoke with to make the appointment was very nice and helpful. Adam arrived exactly at the time he said he would, he called first to let me know he was on the way. Before installing the lighting, he moved the furniture out of the way and covered it and my rug with tarps so as not to get drywall dust all over everything when he made the cuts in the ceiling. He did a GREAT job, love my new lighting and he even cleaned up and swept up after himself. BEST experience EVER!!!! Would highly recommend Father and Son and will be using them for all of my electrical needs in the future.

Very happy with our new back up generator install! They were flexible with the installation time I requested. They were professional and communicated well. Several junction boxes and a transfer switch enclosure had to be installed on the outside of the house, but they were able to conceal them well so the system blended in with HVAC units already in place. I would hire them again.

would not use this company again nor would recommend them to any of my clients. They gave me an exorbitant estimate and after agreeing on a cash price Ron said he could not do it no less than a HIGHER amount. The only good thing I would say is the lady who worked the phones was very professional. She was in communication every step of the way. The work completed was just OK. Service date: 4/17/2020

I had originally set up the delivery and installation of my microwave with Lowe’s but they kept pushing and I went a week without a microwave. My husband luckily managed to pick it up and I called Father and Son Electric and they came out the very next day. The installation went smoothly and our installer was so friendly we ended up talking the whole time it was being installed, we had a great time! What a good guy, amazing service and we will absolutely use them again.
