Rigid Attitude:: We requested the gentleman to remove shoe as its no shoe house as he was just there for quotation for a work. He went away. When I called he said they dont work without shoe. I told him that he can come with shoe but he did not even show that curiosity to address the quotation. We did not like the rigid attitude. Good that we haven't contracted with him

We had one line feed into our home that was bad, and was affecting all of the circuits throughout the house. We were told by our internet company that the internal coaxial wiring was bad and that we would need to have it replaced before they could get us back online.
