Hopefully their service is better than their driving. Just got run off the road by one of their service vans (#5). Maybe not the best look.

Recently had work done a home of mine, unimpressed form start to finish. After the initial walk through estimate, I was told I'd receive a call to schedule an appointment, after days went by, I called and left a message and eventually got a date on the books. Much of the work I wanted done was left off the estimate, work was rushed leaving me to have to go back and finish a couple things, which meant I needed to take a trip to home depot. I'm going to have to rewire my fans to work with the wall switch. I can do much of this work on my own but paid to have the work done as I am very limited on time. As one who invests in real estate projects, I will be using one of the many other electrician options in the area moving forward.

This was a terrible place full of terrible people. And they know it.

Any of their Electricians / or Helpers leaving there would be a great asset to hire if they pass the criminal background check.

Shout out to Joe and Tongo(I believe this was his name, please forgive me if I’m incorrect). They arrived right on time at 2pm and were so helpful and professional. I told Joe the issue I was having with my peloton tripping out the breaker in the garage. He was immediately able to identify the need to install a new outlet dedicated specifically to the peloton. He provided a recommendation on the new outlet location which worked out to where I wouldn’t have to be concerned with drywall repairs. I told Joe I had never seen a new outlet installed and wanted to watch the process. He kept me informed every step of the way. They made sure the new outlet was able to support the peloton through the calibration process before departing. Super quick process, highly recommend their service! Tongo was an awesome helper and so friendly. Great team work guys!

My builder hired this company to install my breaker box. As we were installing a light fixture in my dining room, we realized the breakers were mislabeled (which is beyond dangerous). Thankfully, I turned off the breaker to the entire house prior to us installing the light. This really made me nervous because I had TVs installed weeks prior and they also installed new outlets and only turned off the breakers in the rooms they were installing the TVs in. I called after hours to notify the company of the issue. I had to call back around noon the following day. This was an emergency for me and I wish they would have considered it more urgent to them as well.

If you use them, be sure to check that the breakers are labeled correctly.

Had Matt from MCA come out to install LED lighting in the garage and add a few outlets. Matt was great, he was professional, knowledgeable and neat. Charlie and Wendy the owners, are great to work with and are very accommodating. Will be hiring them again for the next project.

Highly recommend! Wendy and Charlie were nice and professional. I got a quick estimate for installing a Tesla charger and replacing faulty breakers for a fair price. Couple days later Chris came out for a very clean install.

Classic example of "You get what you pay for". Great family run business, fair prices for the quality they provide. As a customer I place a high value on customer service and this team delivers. Their employees have great attitudes, I have worked with them several times now for electrical updates in tandem with work I provide for my customers and this team is a great value add, my customers rest easy knowing im not bringing in some unlicensed handy andy when MCA shows up. When they arrive onsite, they are always ready to go and sparing no expense on the tools they carry to provide professional work fast. Look forward to working with them more in the future.

Great communication, very friendly, and saved us money by recommending some technology we didn’t know existed. Showed up when they said and finished FAST. Will definitely use them in the future!

Awesome! 3rd time using and wouldn’t call anyone else. Had soffit lights added today and am blown away how good they look. Have color changing ability, dimming, even changes to music! These really standout and NO MORE ladders to hang Christmas lights. I wish all contractors were as quality!

My porch outlet was not working. The tech quickly identified the problem and replaced another bad outlet that was wired in series with the porch outlet. I never used the other outlet so I was not aware it was also inoperable.
It was completed in about an hour

Wendy, Charlie, and Matt provided an awesome experience. MCA has an A+ BBB rating and is vetted by Duke Energy. We had our external lighting replaced as it was not working properly. Our house is over 30 years. Wendy followed up with us promptly; very personable. Charlie came out and provided quote after addressing all of our questions. I loved that MCA's quote included the fixtures. I received the quote in writing via email before Charlie left. Matt was our installer. He was patient, reviewed job with me before starting, worked diligently, called back after a couple of days to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The install included a fix that I thought was going to be complex, but Matt corrected it with a switch change that did not result in a price variation. I found their quote to be reasonable. I did get a second quote before choosing MCA. I am very pleased.

Matthew did a great job not only installing all the ceiling fans we requested, but helping us identify creative and cost effective design ideas to have other electrical needs met for our new home. Thank you MCA Electric!

MCA did a great job installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet for EV charging in our garage. Matt was courteous, on time, and informative! If you need an EV install or other electrical work, I highly recommend MCA!

Charlie the owner came and gave me an estimate, he was honest and the price was fair. An electrician named Matt showed up when expected and completed the work I requested. Everything looks great, A+ service.
