I took a chance just calling Bates Electrical. Went by the reviews and the experience I saw online and decided to call this company. It was an excellent decision that I made to call them on a real head scratcher type of problem. Huu was my technician, very polite, friendly, honest and professional. He consulted his supervisor on FaceTime and agreed that a simple solution could be implemented. He took all the time he needed to solve the problem saving me thousands of dollars! Will definitely consider them if needed in the future. Nice to know there are still reputable companies with hardworking employees still around.

I had the pleasure of Stephen W from Bates Electric coming out to my home to add 5 outlets for wall mount TVs. I, myself, am a 32 year, 3rd generation electrician. I now co-own and head operations for a commercial solar company in the Charlotte area, so I am just too busy to take the time to do things around the house myself. I say that to really try to get across how genuine this statement is. Stephen really did a phenomenal job. No mistakes, clean work, and a beautiful end result. Exactly what any customer expects when hiring professionals to come into their home. He was running 2 minutes behind due to some more than usual traffic delays, and made sure to call me and let me know what was going on prior to the scheduled arrival time, and really was very communicative from point of arrival until he walked out the door to leave. As the son of a business owner, and now a business owner myself, communication is a top priority that I express to people, and it was wonderful to receive that from someone that I hired for a service. I’d absolutely reach out to them again for any electrical need I was too busy to take care of myself.

I recently had water get into my kitchen lines from an external pressure washing and sparks started flying and pops started popping. I called Bates and they responded immediately and made sure everything was safe temporarily and came back quickly and fixed it permanently. Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and I had complete confidence in him after he explained what had to be done and how he was going to do it. I will have no problem calling Bates for any further electrical work and I will definitely ask for Nathan.

Shane was fantastic he was very personable and quick. I felt bad he was drenched in sweat he’s a very hard worker and knowledgeable. The price was well worth the quality. Bates Electric 5/5 👍
