Chris at MCA Electric came out and installed 2 ceiling electrical boxes. He was very pleasant and completed the job in no time. Job well done! Will definitely use MCA in the future if I need electrical work.

We needed a generator hooked up and after going back and forth for weeks and weeks with another electrician company I finally got frustrated and decided to call MCA for a second opinion. Charlie came out within a day or so, said “no problem, this is what we do.” We had a quote in hand the next day and and appointment a few days later. One of his guys came out, hooked it up, then came back to test it and while he was on site handled a few other small projects for us too. Couldn’t have been easier and they did a great job, no stress. Wish I called them the first time, and I’ll be using MCA in the future for all my electrical needs. Thanks guys.

A÷ electricians and a pleasure to do business with! Charlie and his team installed a designated 220V line for an EV Charger. To do so, they had to reconfigure my electrical box for tandem breaker assignment. During the estimate appointment, Charlie provided a through assessment and explanation outlining the most effective and efficient way to address my need, provided a etailed estimate immediately and took care of pulling the permit with the city the same day. This company is 100% professional, caring, considerate and thorough! The outcome was excellent and I'm going to use them for additional projects. All companies should be like MCA Electric! Had a great experience with everyone at MCA. I had a rather unusual hook up for my pizza food truck, but Matt was able to get it all set up! Really appreciate the knowledge and the communication throughout. 10/10 would use MCA again.

From the first incident of losing power to communications with Wendy and MCA; The process has been smooth, easy and most of all FAST! I had some kind of short circuit or electrical problem where the entire panel needed replaced. Matt came out and fixed it as well as replaced it in three hours. I thought it would take 4 to 8 hours. Matt was real friendly and cool and explained everything! Any future electrical problems that I might have, I will not hesitate to reach out to MCA! These have been a rough few days without power in the heat of the spring, but they have made it well worth it as they are speedy!

Our tech’s name was Matt. He was wonderful. He took time to pet our dogs. Had to replace a breaker and an outlet. He was in and out in no time. Would highly recommend MCA Electrical.

MCA Electric is a very reliable and dependable company. THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY to an issue where my Electric fireplace overloaded its outlet capacity. I CALLED 8:30AM FRI. And had a technician arrive by 10am. He assessed the issues and returned Mon. 9am having all issues repaired by 10:30am. They were so reassuring and attentive to my concerns as well. I highly recommend this wonderful service.

MCA Electric was absolutely top-notch during our kitchen renovation! Charlie, Charlie Jr., Matt, and Chris were fantastic—professional, hardworking, and just great to have on the project. MCA did an excellent job in installing electrical outlets for 3 TV’s I had ordered. MCA was very flexible in scheduling the work on short notice and got the job done before the TV’s and installers arrived. Charlie Wilkins, the electrician was great. After putting in outlets, he agreed to stay 2 hours longer to run a line and put an outlet in our attic. Very professional and customer focused.

We were looking for a local electrician to do several jobs for us. We had MCA install a 50 amp, 240V Generator bypass service in our garage panel (for potential power outages), landscape lighting install w/transformer install, 2 exterior outlets off our back patio, along with installation of 2 ceiling fans in our home.

From my first interaction with Charlie, I immediately knew he was a trustworthy guy. I had a great experience with Bates Electric. I was able to get an appointment promptly (which was great because a ceiling fan was falling out of the ceiling). Huu was the service tech that came out to my home. He was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude through the whole service. He made a point to explain that he was doing things a certain way as to make sure no other issues arise in the future. It’s nice to have a service provider focused on longevity rather than a quick fix that may need further fixing later. The service was a bit pricey, but honestly having anyone coming to your home is going to get pricey. It was worth it to have peace of mind that things were done correctly.

After the devastating storms in Belmont/Gastonia yesterday we have been without power for 24 hours and cannot get out of our driveway due to 3 trees down over the power lines. We have a home generator that did not kick on and would not manually start. First thing this morning I called Bates to see if they had someone willing to come out and help me out. My husband travels for work so we had no one to help us and Duke has predicted up to 5 days without power. Stephen W. came out within 5 hours of me calling and was the nicest guy ever and was super understanding that we have multiple trees down so he would have to park far away from our house and walk in. He got here and got the generator up and running within 2 hours plus a trip to get a battery because I can’t get my car out due to downed power lines and trees being down. I will never call anyone else out to the house!! Bates Electric saved us from being miserable for days and I am forever grateful! Stephen W was phenomenal. I cannot thank him enough!
