Andy did a wonderful job at our home and about 6 months later when we ran into a problem because of a big rainstorm that impacted an outdoor circuit he went out of his way to stop by quickly to resolve the problem. I can’t say enough how grateful we are!

Our outside outlets were not working. I was worried about who to call. I looked up several local electricians in the Fort Mill area and decided to call Pyramid. I left a message and someone called me back promptly. The electrician asked me several questions on the phone like, "did you check if your breaker is tripped," and, "did you check if the GFI needs to be reset." That made me feel comfortable because I knew he was trying to save having to pay the service fee if I didn't really need him to come out. He showed up on time on the date we agreed. I showed him my situation and he got right to work. He was quick and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Pyramid Electrical Service.

We used them to replace a couple of lighting fixtures about a month ago. Their price was reasonable and they were able to give me a price over the phone vs sending someone out first to charge me for the quote. I called them again today regarding something with our doorbell, and they were very transparent about what an electrician could vs couldn’t do. Fair and honest people, we will continue using them for our electricity needs.

Andy and his crew have done great work for us and I highly recommend pyramid electric. They have done our outdoor heaters, outdoor lighting, lighting for a shed, electrical panels and more. I don’t ordinarily leave reviews for any business. However, my recent experience with Pyramid Electric, Joe the owner and Thomas his electrician who performed the service and installation was such a positive experience, I feel I should. Joe responded to my initial voicemail quickly and scheduled a visit to my home within a day or two. At that visit he offered several suggestions for my problems and gave me a proposal and price. I accepted his proposal and he said he would schedule the work and get back to me in a day or so. He did and a couple of days later the work was satisfactorily completed. Thomas his electrician, arrived 30 minutes early and was friendly, funny, fast, professional and neat as a pin. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I will call Joe again if I ever need electrical work of any kind. I am truly a satisfied customer.

Had a minor issue with a faulty outlet, and called Joe that evening to see about getting put into the queue to get it checked out, and he was in the driveway first thing the next morning, and was able to spot the problem and make the proper fixes in just a few minutes.

I can’t say enough good about Pyramid Electric Service. My wife and I have used their services multiple times, since we bought our home in Sun City in Fort Mill SC.Thomas and Paola, as well as Joe (Owner), have done excellent work, at our home. They always do the work correctly, without taking shortcuts. I trust them always. Their pricing is always FAIR. They DO NOT CHARGE A MINIMUM to come to your home, like other companies.
Electrical issues are not something to be careless about!
You will be happy and peace of mind, if you hire them to take care of your needs.

It is a shame that goggle wiped out 14plus years of 4-5 star reviews. I had Joe do work at my home. His crews were very professional, and explained everything that I needed to have done.
