I had an issue with my AC not cooling on one of the hottest days of the year in Charlotte, NC. Mike worked hard and efficiently to fix the problem. Excellent service and highly recommended!

I contacted Kool Katz for AC service anticipating that I would need to make an appointment days away. He was immediately responsive, so much so I wasn't prepared to see him when he could come and perform the services. He was extremely nice in working with me on scheduling the work. He showed up promptly on our designated time and was able to service my unit in great time. I found his services to be reasonable and all charges were detailed before starting the work. I would recommend Kool Katz for any HVAC work needed. I plan on keeping him on my short list of service providers.

New ac unit, came out and looked on a Sunday and installed Monday! We were without ac for 5 days and called several companies that were unresponsive. Will use Mike from now on and will recommend to everyone

Mike came out to check my furnace at 9pm at night. He provided a thorough job at inspecting my furnace, as this is the second company that had taken a look. Immediately I felt heard and that something was going to get done! Mike noticed major problems that the original company either neglected to tell me or did not see in the first place. I appreciate Mike's honesty and concern for mine and my family's safety. He even ran to Walmart right before close to purchase two carbon monoxide detectors for my home. His explanation made sense and I finally was able to have a consistent heat without fear. He then followed up with me a couple days later to ensure everything is running as it should. Absolutely amazing! I tried to fix my own AC on a hot Sunday. The guy came out same day and fixed my mistakes as well as the original problem.

My air conditioner went out on a Saturday night and our house was 80 degrees inside. I reached out to Kool Katz and they responded immediately and came out that next day at 10am. The technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to figure out our problem quickly and we had air conditioning by 1pm. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future

Mike came out quickly due to our AC unit that cools the upstairs not working. He was professional, courteous, and found our issue quickly. He replaced a part, cleaned our unit, and ensured everything was running smooth. Would highly recommend!!

Mike from Kool Katz HVAC is a great technician. He's serviced our AC unit at two different locations and every time has been very courteous and reasonably priced. I've never felt pressure with any upselling and is great with explaining the work being done. Highly recommended.

First off, no one will answer the phone number they have listed. They will not talk to you over the phone first. Someone scheduled the appointment via text message. I should have stopped there.

The technician showed up almost an hour late. I was not at the house. I was told via text that I had to approved the repair within 12 minutes or he would leave.

It was stated that in addition to the $85 service, I would have to pay an additional $45 for them to come out again for the repairs. They strong-armed me, knowing that I already had the $85 sunk cost.

Garbage way of communicating with people, garbage treatment of people as customers, mediocre service at best.

I would not use them again. Lesson learned.

Even though I wasn’t too happy with dishing out 1100 to fix my AC problem.. Mike was super helpful and professional. In detail, he explained everything to me and gave me a variety of options. I appreciate the great quality of work and would highly recommend Kool Katz to assist with your AC repairs!!
