I was unable to get an ESTIMATE for work I wanted done BEFORE being approved by my HOA. This is insane. I would get it approved before asking this company to do the work- but to not be able to even give me an estimate is questionable to me.

They came the day I called. Did the diagnostic and fix the problem immediately. Service was almost instant and fairly priced. Will call them next year for maintenance.

Experienced an A/C issue, Glenn came to the house first thing in the morning, diagnosed and repaired the issue immediately! Great service, highly recommended!

The technician, Ethan Wagner, was prompt, curtious and diligent. He tuned up the gas logs in my home being careful to protect the floor and surrounding areas. He made sure that the logs worked perfectly when he was done and tested the air quality. A good experience.

I called Keller for a second opinion. The first company was vague with the "you have a leak" and quoted me 1-2K $ in refrigerant costs alone without labor or parts for the repair. Keller actually located the leak, gave me my options and charged me a competitive rate for the refrigerant, nearly half what the other guys quoted. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and technical expertise Glen and his team have.

Called Glenn over a holiday weekend at 8pm and he called me back at 7:30am the next morning. Was at my home by 8am fixing the problem. Explained everything to me so I knew what the problem was! Great service and my AC is working wonderfully now!

Called on New Year’s Eve because our furnace was blowing cold air. They said they would be here between 3 and 5. They showed up at 3 and got the furnace running. The two techs were professional, courtesy, and explained what they did which I appreciated. I hope I don’t have to call again
but if I do I’ll call them again. Thank you.

I contacted this company through Angies list and took advantage of an offer for AC tuneup for 39 dollars which was a good deal. Both my units were working fine as of the time they came out. Their staff are friendly however I beleive I was overcharged for a capacitor they claimed I needed for 168 dollars which I found on the internet for 21.98 on sale. They recommended an additional 600 plus in repairs which I declined. I beleive they know what they are doing and know how to repair and or replace ac systems.

I live in St. Louis MO. My 76 Year old mother lives in Matthews NC. I contacted Angie's list and was able to get service in the Charlotte area so I could find some one who could help her. Her furnace went out and my brother had a company go look at her system. They said she should replace it and the cost was going to be $5500. I contacted Glenn with Keller HVAC. He went out looked over her system and charged her $550 to fix the heater and charge the AC. Glenn was very friendly on the phone, and even answered his phone at 8 o'clock at night. My mother said he was very friendly and informed her of the best options in her case. Angie's List has done it again from 760 miles away!!! Thank you Glenn for helping out my mother. You have been a pleasure to work with!!
