I've had Keller out a couple of times and have always appreciated their friendly, professional services. It's very important to me to trust that the recommended service is both necessary and reasonably priced, and I get that with Keller. Will definitely do business with them again!

We have been using Keller HVAC for several years now. Super nice to have a go-to company. They are family owned and run and their fees are great. Just good, honest, quality work!

He has worked for me three times. He is not only competent, honest, descent, friendly, reliable, but he gives you a strong sense of being a humanitarian, a sense that he works to do good for people. Charges the least I know of and tells you the truth, going out of his way even very late hours to fix you up. I really really like him. He works as a family, with his wife, Kelly, being his secretary. I sure want to tell everybody about how good he is.

Excellent experience. Moving into SC from upstate NY I was not familiar with central AC systems. Glen took the time to answer all questions. Inspection and tune up was completed as advertised. I will have Keller perform fall furnace service.

Keller Heating and Air are our new goto heating and air place. They are top notch. Glen was awesome and I trust him. Our ac unit was not working and Glen was on time, fixed it and actually noticed a capacitor wasnt up to par and fixed that too. I have used Keller Heating and Air for 3 years for both heat and air. They use honest employees that do not try to upsale you anything. If there is a problem, they will advise you, but let you choose if you want to wait until the part actually breaks. Their parts and repair prices are very low compared to others I have read about on Nextdoor. I even trust them to come and check any of my units if I am out of town. I give them my garage code, they come in and fix it and use my credit card I provide them. I really trust these guys to be honest, good and fair.

I could not be Happier with the work done to repair and resurrect my A/C!
They were on time (even a bit early), asked a few questions and went right to work. After diagnosing the problem(s), they gave me costs for the repairs before starting, so there were no "surprises" at the end. Within a short time the work was complete and I could begin to cool off. Keller Heating and Air will definitely be on my list to call for any future A/C needs, including getting a new system.

They are an awesome, small, family run business. I've used them for the last 7 or 8 years and they are always great to deal with. They are honest and stand behind their work and do not try to sell you things you don't need. I recommend them every chance I get.

WHAT A LIFE SAVER!!! We lost our heat in the middle of the night and by 5:30a, our house was 57 degrees on the inside. I contacted the company and they did an emergency weekend call at 6:30a in 11 degree weather to fix our heater!!! He worked in freezing cold darkness outside to get our heater running again. He never once complained about the situation and was extremely friendly, professional and kind. I would never think of calling another HVAC company. This family-owned company is like the good old days of companies that pride themselves in loyalty, honesty and professionalism!!! They are HIGHLY recommended by our family! Thank you Keller

I have been a customer for several years. Just had one of our furnace and AC units totally replaced. As usual, Keller did a great job and kept us informed at every step. At one point, their tech openly said - "let me check again, I think I connected a wire incorrectly". He checked and repaired fixed immediately. I like honesty. We are totally satisfied and highly recommend Keller Heating and Air.

Our heat went out, and we called Keller on a recommendation. They had someone at our house within 30 minutes. Johnathan and Glenn diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and installed and heat back on and running by 9:00 the following morning. No sales pressure and explained everything to us. Will use again and highly recommend!

I would recommend this company to anyone. We recently had a part failure in our 2nd floor AC unit. Their knowledgeable technicians came promptly and diagnosed the problem accurately. The part was a blower fan in the attack of the second floor. During the hottest yet of our summer days were willing to replace the part during the heat of the day once they obtained it, That is customer dedication. They also gave us a advice on our 1st floor unit at no extra charge. As long as they are in business, we will happily contract them for all of our HVAC needs.

Called late in the day for a routine A/C inspection and tune up. Very nice woman on the phone called back very quickly after checking with a tech and was able to fit us in for a same day appointment. The tech, a professional looking young man, arrived promptly at the promised time. He was very polite, well dressed, and even covered his shoes to come inside. I had no concerns at all leaving him to his work outside as well as inside and felt no need to follow him around and supervise. The few questions I did ask he had no problems answering and seemed very knowledgeable and able to explain in detail what he was doing. The price was exactly as promised, and payment was made easy through a tablet. He even offered advice on maintenance we could do ourselves before leaving. All in all an excellent company and we will definitely do business with them again. Highly recommended.

The whole team were awesome. Glen showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule and immediately started removing my old equipment. Soon after Brandon arrived and started removing the upstairs unit. Then a third arrives, Ethan, and the installation process started. Everyone knew exactly what to do and how to get it accomplished. They brought everything with them needed to complete the job the first time. I was provided with numerous quotes and options and I was given the chance to decide, no pressure and no hard selling techniques. I chose the unit and price that best fit our needs and they were happy to accommodate my choices. The cost was reasonable and below what others have quoted and they did so much more. They are my new HVAC go to team.

I called for A/C service for my business and spoke with Kelly. She was very professional and told me they could have someone out to take a look at our system THE NEXT DAY! She said they would arrive at 10:30a. The next day, at 10:28a, they roll into the parking lot. Already off to a good start. Justin and Johnathan were the technicians who came. They came into the building and introduced themselves. Very professional and friendly. They got to work right away. I mentioned to them that we had another company come out and "service the a/c" but the a/c stopped working about a month later. Justin, in my opinion, went the extra mile and climbed up in the ceiling and found a damaged wire that was causing an intermittent issue with the a/c unit. He repaired the wiring and recharged the system. Less than an hour and these guys were in and out. I could not be more impressed. I will recommend these folks to family and friends with confidence.

My wife and I have been using these folks for all of our HVAC needs since 2021. They are always very professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Great prices, and great all-around service!

Our AC unit went out on July 2nd. We called several companies that told us they wouldn't be able to look at our unit until the following week. Keller's owner Glenn came out that evening and determined that the compressor was done. Within a few hours Keller provided several options. We made the decision to replace the unit and Keller had a crew onsite at 8am on July 4th. We were thrilled they were able to order a unit and have a crew servicing clients on the 4th! This is a top notch family owned and run company and I strongly recommend them.

They serviced both of my air conditioner systems (one for each level of my home) and I'm very happy with the job that they did. The technician was super professional and did a great job.

What we had done:
He serviced both systems, fixed a drainage issue in the attic and added refrigerant to the downstairs system. He was here for about an hour and twenty minutes. He did a great job.

My experience: Ethan showed up on time and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Keller Heating and Air. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for someone to service their air conditioning system.
