Repaired a behind the wall gas leak from a poorly installed and corroded gas line. Did work quickly and at reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Kevin was very thorough in cleaning my gas logs and inspecting my system. He took the time to show me how to light the pilot and how everything worked within the system. I will definitely use this company again!

Kevin and his wife are great and have been to my house 3 times this year. Each time they come out they are respectful and are a great each time. Kevin is very knowledgeable about the business and always willing to explain his work and/or process. My biggest complaint and ultimately which led me to tell Kevin I will no longer use him is when he quoted me $465 to replace a fireplace valve. When I asked him for a breakdown of pricing he stated he doesn’t provide breakdowns but rather his quote is a flat fee; I explained as a paying customer I wanted to understand what I was paying. He also stated the flat fee includes, labor, parts, time to research the part and special insurance. Kevin eluded to the fact the quote should’ve been closer to $600 and that his rate are higher because he holds special insurance for gas fireplaces. I found the part on the manufacturers website for $122 with shipping. Still trying to figure out where the remaining $343. There is a price to doing business but this seemed a bit steep especially with no explanation behind it.

Kevin was great....theres a reason hes got 5 star ratings! After being literally deserted by another fireplace repair service, I tried to repair myself...well, that only got me so far....I explained to Kevin my situation, he showed up next day, on time, clean, dressed professionally and prepared...able to correct my problem at a VERY reasonable rate, and did a maintenance cleaning on a desperately needed 12 yr unit! This will be my guy to call for AC or fireplace repairs.....Kevin, hopefully I wont need your services in the future, lol, but if I do, you'll be my first call....THANK YOU!

Prompt and courteous. Had our gas logs fixed in a jif. They are clean and run better than they ever had. Great prices. Very honest and Kevin answered all of our questions, even gave us some great tips and pointers for caring for our logs. Can tell he takes pride in his work. GREAT service! Needed help with a gas log fireplace after just moving into a new place, when other fireplace repair companies quoted the end of Jan as the first possible date of service, Kevin came the next day! He even took the time to show me how to properly use the fireplace and gave me helpful tips.

We really appreciated the time Kevin spent making sure both our gas fireplace and HVAC system was clean, safe and operating properly. He performed the maintenance in a clean, professional and efficient manner respecting our time and our home.

I can honestly say this was without question the best heating and air service in every way that I have witnessed in a long, long time. I knew right away that Kevin cared about what he was doing. Recommend Kevin completely! My a/c was blowing hot air into the house in the middle of August! Kevin came out on a Saturday, promptly at time promised. Diagnosised the system and reprogrammed my programmable thermostat which was blowing hot air instead of the air conditioning. Great rates and even better service.

Kevin did a fantastic job of determining the problem with my home air conditioning so much so I asked him to come and do some tune-up diagnostics at my place of business as well! He explained in easy to understand details of what the problem was with my home air conditioning so that I could check for the issues myself if need be. I basically have a 2 zone air conditioning system with dampers that open and closed and one of them was stuck closed and Kevin showed me exactly what happened and how to check it if the air doesnt flow again to the bedrooms upstairs. I was so appreciative I even provided him with a tip and have asked him to come back to install digital thermostats on his next tune-up visit. Excellent job and a good personality to go with his line of work. Recommend him to everyone!

Kevin is great! He came out to troubleshoot our AC, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and didn't try to upsell or scare us into costly replacements like a few others had. All his repairs which were reasonably priced worked like a charm. He is clearly an honest knowledgeable technician and will be our go-to guy for AC from now on!

Very fast, honest service - extremely affordable, too! Kevin was able to make it to our house the same day, fixed our heating issue quickly while at the same time explaining to me what the problem was and what to do if it happened again. I called Quality Controls Heating and Air because my search on the internet showed they were close by in my area. I didn’t get voice mail, I got a live person on the phone. Kevin answered and was very courteous. He had another job he was on his way to. He gave me a reasonable time frame and called when he was on his way.
I had Kevin test my HVAC system from end to end. It had never had a yearly maintenance done. He quickly located the areas that were causing me problems. Kevin also explained what was necessary to fix immediately and those things that would need to be addressed. I appreciate this type of approach.

Quality Controls did an excellent job for me. They came on time with only a one day appointment. They fixed my gas fireplace at, what I consider a very fair price. The tech also explained to me what he did, what the features of the fire place are and where to get replacement parts. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone for gas fire place repair.
