Great service! Heat went out this week and they came first thing in the morning and figured out the issue and had it fixed & ready to go within an hour and a half. Friendly tech and did a great job. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with our furnace igniting for our heat, of course on the coolest morning. I called Air Care at 8 am that morning and before lunch the same day ,they had a technician at the house and had diagnosed the problem. He called with an estimate first and by midafternoon he had the unit repaired.

We are very satisfied with the work we get from Air Care. It’s nice to be able to call when you have a problem with your air and have someone come out ASAP to try to fix the problem. EVERYONE is friendly from the first phone call til the problem is solved. They also stand by their work and we appreciate that!

We did an addition of a bed and bath. The area is sufficiently isolated from the rest of the house that it could not be added to the existing HVAC. Air Care came in installed a high SEER Mitsubishi MiniSplit. They ran the lines across my storage area so I can still get through. The visible pieces on the outside are covered where needed. The entire thing looks great. Totally thumbs up.

I highly recommend Air Care Heating and Air. Rick provides excellent service and takes the time to explain the heating or air conditioning problem. He then tells you the price so you will be aware of what it costs before making repairs. Air Care provides prompt service and always sends somebody that day. I will continue to use them for my heating and air needs.

These guys are problem solvers and can also install moisture barriers or whole house humidifiers if needed in these very hot humid summer months. We have used this company for over 25 years and have never been disappointed.

Excellent service, highly recommend. Brandon came out the same day I called to get a quote. When I let them know I wanted to purchase the unit they came out on the second business day at the precise time they said they would be here. Four hours later they had removed the old unit, installed the new one and cleaned up and were gone. Great customer service is hard to find these days but Air Care did not disappoint. Price was substantially less than the other quotes I got for comparable units.

Air Care responded to an early evening emergency call within minutes. It was determined our system had reached the end of its life cycle. They provided quotes on two systems, pointing out the differences of each allowing me to make a decision that best fit our needs. Installation was performed by very competent installers and our system is working great. I highly recommend Air Care and will enlist them on an annual service contract. Very pleased with response and follow through on a new HVAC system.
