Absolutely outstanding service! This was my first time needing to call someone for my A/C, and Hayden made it a breeze. He walked in, turned on the system, and within seconds knew exactly what the issue was. He stepped outside to confirm his diagnosis, and less than five minutes later, he had the part replaced. My home is cooling perfectly now. Fast, professional, and clearly experienced—couldn’t ask for better!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever done business with. They don't honor their contracts. I purchased a complete system that included a year of service but they NEVER showed up. I called about a problem. The tech came out stayed 5 minutes and told me all was fine and charged me $89 diagnostic fee. I had to call another company to come fix the problem. I called the office with no success. Anybody needing a new unit or service should seek another company.

I am so thankful I found this company. When I tell you they were on time, discussed each finding before going forward and very very honest. I have dealt with 2 other large companies that I wouldn’t go to for anything. I’d learn myself on YouTube first. I can’t thank them enough for the service I received. I highly recommend you make them your first contact when your turn comes because unfortunately if you own a home it’s coming.

My furnace went out right before the big freeze that just came through. I called the office and was greeted by the most friendly and helpful lady. She said she would get the guys out here that afternoon. Right on time, Rick and another fellow (I’m sorry, I didn’t get his name) came out that same day. Rick explained everything he needed to do before he did it to make sure I understood. They got my system back up and running in no time. Both of them were very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be calling them again if/when I need help.

I just another great experience with Air Care. I called them on a Sunday morning; they called back very quickly, sent out a technician who was very good, very professional..and the fee was extremely reasonable! I have used Air Care several times over the years and HIGHLY recommend them. They are honest, very skilled and reasonably priced. I don't trust anyone else with my HVAC.
