Priced a toilet swap out. They wanted $350 for labor. Checked at 6 other sources and $125 was average. So, they were 3 times higher than average in area.

A tankless gas water heater install went very smoothly and professionally, within the time stated, and within the price quoted, which was indeed a good price.
Matthew also answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner, and then worked until he completed the installation.

They called ahead and were there within the time frame we discussed. They immediately introduced themselves and asked questions pertaining to the issue. Immediately started working and explained what he will be doing. After he assessed the situation he gave me his diagnosis and started working on the issue. Found the problem and fixed it promptly. They were professional, courteous, and clean. Tommy and Ronny were great guys and they are now our "go to" guys when we encounter any plumbing issues in the future.

We were having a tankless water heater issue during the unusual winter chill after living in our new home for 5 months. I called the emergency (warranty) number on a Tuesday and left a message. After a few hours of no response I texted and still did not hear back. I contacted the builder directly on Thursday night to inform them that Plumbing Solutions never got back to us. They immediately took charge and got someone (with difficulty) to come out from Plumbing Solutions the next day (Friday) and take a look at the heater. We aren't sure if anyone actually came because no one ever knocked on our door. If they did come, they made things worse. I called the emergency number again on Saturday morning...no answer. I texted...again, no response. I had to go through the builders again to get someone to come. By then (Saturday 4pm) the water heater was gushing out water. All the guy could tell me was that it was broken. Duh! He shut the water and power off. They couldn't send anyone back until Monday when they finally discovered we had a faulty water heater. We then had to wait until Tuesday to get it fixed. It took a whole week of living without hot water to get the problem solved! At least I can thank Plumbing Solutions for my low water bill!
