I would NEVER recommend this company even to my worst enemy! I live in a home built by Mungo, and Plumbing Solutions was the contracted plumber. Since we moved in 4 years ago, we have had 5 different plumbing issues from leaking tubs to an incorrectly installed sewer pump that backed up and spilled sewage all over the outside of my house. Not only that, but when I called to get them to correct their installation of the pump, they flat refused and hung up on me after telling me that they had not worked for Mungo in 5 years and it was not their problem. Brian is who I spoke to, and he could not have been more rude. If you decide to use this company, prepare to spend lots of time and money getting their mistakes corrected.

We had a couple of plumbing issues that had mounted up and I finally broke down and called in the pros. I have used several plumbers in the area in the past and have been disappointed, so I thought I would give these guys a shot. The team from Plumbing Solutions did not disappoint. They were very professional from the first time we spoke all the way through completion of the job. The two guys who came out even made recommendations for things I could fix myself and they handled the tough stuff. I will call them any time I have a plumbing issue in the future and highly recommend them.

I love using this company! They embody the concept of good customer service, and are extremely courteous and friendly, both on phone and in person. Every time I've had to call upon their services I've always been very impressed. Everyone should make sure they are your go-to for plumbing needs in the Columbia area!

Do you place value on your time? How would you like to arrange your day to be at home at the designated time for your appointment with this company only to have them not show up or call or text that the appointment can't be kept. I reached out to them following the no-show, and was given the excuse that the technician had an emergency - not a valid excuse for the company follow-up with the client though.

I rescheduled the appt. to a future date and even called the company the day before to reconfirm. The company was again a no-show for the appointment. I reached out to them 30 minutes after the scheduled time (no contact from the company and was again given excuses as to why they were a no-show). Don't waste your time with this company! Would have given them a ZERO if possible.

Although I did not ultimately use this company for the needed service for the reasons stated above, the owner apologized for the lack of customer-focused service, investigated the stated issues, and took definitive steps to correct the issues within the company. The follow-up leads me to believe the owner recognizes the potential impact on his business and will not tolerate unprofessional and non-customer focused exchanges. If a future need were to occur, I would consider using this company based on the commitment of the owner. 4/29/2021

This is an update from an earlier post. Earlier this year I had posted a negative review about Plumbing Solutions. The interaction I had with the first person I talked to did not go really well, and the response I had from this person about my warranty left me very frustrated. Come to find out Plumbing Solutions did not install any of the piping wrong and it was actually a design error that kept making my pipes freeze when all precautions were met. None the least Plumbing Solutions is so focused on their clients' happiness and peace of mind that they have gone way above and beyond what they were "required" to do to make things right. Even when it is the building companies error Plumbing Solutions took the time to talk with me and help come up with a resolution we both could agree upon to fix a problem that isn't even their fault. This company is not your typical company claiming to have "family values" , but when asked for help they tell you it is against policy to give any advice. No, Plumbing Solutions will tell you what they would do if it is their home even if it isn't "covered" by them. Talking with them is like talking to a good friend that you know at the end of the day you can trust and will not bankrupt you in the process. I would not recommend the building company I used, but I would recommend Plumbing Solutions to EVERYBODY. They really do have the clients' best intentions at heart, and this is sadly very rare now.

We have worked with Plumbing Solutions during our new home build and after for several repairs. They are courteous and prompt. All employees are professional at all times and take good care of our home. We definitely will continue to use them for all our plumbing neeeds.

This is an A++ company. Contacted them Monday afternoon, problem fixed by the end of day that Friday. And this was not an easy fix. Two different utilities ran cables through my son’s drain line! Starting with Suzanne in the office, Mike doing scheduling/coordination, and, of course, Collin, John, & Josh out in the field making the repairs happen; what a pleasure to interact with every one of these people! Huge THANK YOU for taking care of our issue so quickly.

I really appreciate the service from Plumbing Solutions. This day and age it’s hard to find a reliable, dependable company to give you proper service. We can definitely loose the anxiety of what we though was a major issue. The two technicians Kevin & Jack came out and were definitely skilled, knowledgeable and professional while here at our home. They walked us through the problem we were having and what they were going to do to resolve the issue. Also, I can’t remember the young lady’s name who scheduled the service but she made sure we were taken care of. Thank you, to the staff of Plumbing Solutions.

From the second I made contact with someone to the second the technician left my house it was hands down the best customer service. Super company to use for all your plumbing needs. The in-office staff were a huge help. The people were very friendly and welcoming. They made me feel less dumb about my plumbing needs because I know little to nothing about it. Would definitely recommend to anyone for any plumbing needs.

I highly recommend this plumbing company. Their employees are nice and very knowledgeable. They're located close to I20 and highway 6 in a great location to service the Lexington and midland areas of South Carolina. They're the perfect solution when crap goes wrong. **Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Poor Customer Service – Avoid Plumbing Solutions LLC**

We recently bought a home from Stanley Martin and were forced to work with Plumbing Solutions LLC. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. Their Service Rep came on a Monday to assist a cabinet installer and unnecessarily pulled out our brand-new water filtration system, which ended up breaking. Later that week, another Service Rep came on Thursday and confirmed it wasn’t even necessary to pull the system out in the first place.

This second Rep tried to fix the broken clips but brought the wrong-sized replacements. He assured us they'd call back with the correct parts, but we never heard from them again. After waiting days, I called them back, only to be told I had to order the parts myself. I was left with no option but to order and install the parts on my own, enduring two weeks without a working filtration system—while having a toddler in the house!

To make matters worse, when I asked for the owner’s contact information to address this issue, the Service Rep refused to provide it.

Plumbing Solutions LLC does not stand by their work, nor do they care about customer service. If you’re considering working with them, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere to avoid this kind of nightmare experience.

These folks are the truth!! My tankless went out on me one night around 10pm. Emailed Plumbing Solutions warranty department around 11 that night. Mike had James out to my residence before 9 that morning and the heater was replaced by 11. I’d definitely recommend their services because a good plumbing company is hard to come by these days!
