Called with line blockage issue. They came out next day. He stayed for hours to asses our problem. Did not quit and communicated with me (I was at work.) often until job was finished. With his experience and equipment I knew price would not be cheap - but the quality of his work and staying with us until he fixed it was worth the fair price. He also recommended having septic pumped and baffle cleaned. Since Blue Granite has been charging me for sewer I did not know I had septic! That's another issue...I would use them again!

I used Freedom for a second opinion on a plumbing issue in an 1930’s home and Odess with Freedom really impressed me! Highly professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Answered all my questions and was able to provide necessary advice for upkeep on the issue. 100% would recommend them and WILL BE using them for all plumbing related needs!

Had a leak in the front yard. Got immediate response after calling Freedom Plumbing. They came out, diagnosed the problem and quickly made the repair...with pictures of the problem and their solution. And they even repaired the grass/sod in the yard when they were done! Very impressed!!!

Highly recommend this company for plumbing repairs. We needed service valves installed on our tankless water heater, and the job was completed quickly at a reasonable cost. The tech was very friendly, and explained a ton about the unit and how the valves function. You can tell he has a passion for plumbing, and takes pride in his work. We will most likely use this company for any future plumbing needs.

When I initially called, I was told that there would be a service charge to come out and diagnose what needed to occur, even though I knew exactly what I wanted done. The fee was not charged when I agreed for the work to be completed, but I am extremely weary of these fees. If they came and quoted $10,000 to replace (obviously obsurd), I would still be charged the fee for them coming out. They do not give quotes over the phone (even when I knew what I needed completed and it was not a complex job), which is not what some of their competitors do. I can understand not providing an EXACT quote due to different factors, but typical ballpark costs should be provided on straightforward jobs.

We had Freedom Plumbing replace our tankless water heater, and they were absolutely fantastic. From the first phone call to the final installation, everything went smoothly. The technician showed up on time, was super friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing.

He worked efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s such a relief to have hot water again — and to know it was done right. Freedom Plumbing got us out of a pickle just in the nick of time. Right when we were ready to list our house for sale, the water heater went out. They came quickly, replaced it with a higher capacity water heater, and increased the value of the home. Excellent company! Fair prices, amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable. They re-piped the entire first floor of my house with PEX pipe, removing all the old brittle leaky pipe from the 1990s. They exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended!
