I called Tommy to see if he could help me troubleshoot and fix some dead outlets in my house. I am fairly technical and thought I could troubleshoot it myself, but I could not solve this problem So, I reached out to a pro. When I described the problem to Tommy he recommended a step I had not thought of. It was a simple issue that he could just as easily make a quick service call for, but he gave me the advice that lead me to fix it myself. This is the kind of professional I want to know. If I ever have a real issue, I know who I'll call. Thank you.

Great company!!!!!!! They came out last minute to do some electrical work on a boat dock. They were prompt and finished the work within a very small time frame. I highly recommend this company!!!!

I never made it to service, but my 1 star is based solely on customer service. The woman answering the phone is loud and rude. Even a child knows to say goodbye before hanging up the phone, my advice is to find someone a bit more people friendly to take calls. Based on my interaction, I’m going with a different company who knows how to speak to people respectfully.

Wanted a quote for replacing a neutral line and bringing the connection from the city up to code. Said it was $175 an hour plus materials. About as helpful as a fast food cashier.

I called last Thursday and spoke with someone about having a main cut off switch put in and a repair on a ceiling fan. Was told that they would call my tenent THAT DAY to set up something for the folloing week. Never called! I called again on Friday, this time, no answer but I left a message. Never returned my call and NEVER called my tenent! How do people stay in business like this?

The technician was fine, the office staff not so much. They werent in, or didnt call back. When the bill arrived in the mail it was.more than what the tech said it would be. I went in to pay so I could get a recept to send to AHW and walked out with wrong recept, came back and they fixed it.

Polk Electric did a great job on my project, very professional and timely. I will definitely give you a call on my next electrical job.
