Most unprofessional and unknowledgeable company I have ever done business with. Owner Mr. Polk and his crew of people are not qualified and then they called the county and lied about things that were not done. Very sad group of people. Don’t get burnt by these people!!!!

Not to happy !! Got a quote from 2 people for a small job . PRICE AGREAD ON !!Day of work ... guy calls to say on way . Price jumped !! Blames on office girls ( spoke to 2 w same price) he calls " owner" now price jumped up ANAGI !!

We have received great customer service from every technician on multiple visits. They work efficiently, clean up after all work has been done, and communicate clearly. Would highly recommend to anyone needing electrical work done!

Our power breaker went out in our living room.. Brandon Denton was sent out and was very efficient and professional. He was able to identify the problem and fix it in short order. Very happy with the service!

I have had 3 ceiling lights installed. I had a ceiling light installed. Recently they came because my bathrooms electrical wall plugs would not work. It turned out to be a simple problem. When a service company came to put in my new furnace. they bumped a grounding switch on the wall. They only charged me a servive call. They are priced fair. The workmanship is outstanding.

I highly recommend the workmanship and professionalism of Polk Electric. The electrician had a strong sense of work ethic and was very knowledgeable. After a full day of work, he came to my house at 8:00 PM, still very friendly and eager to help with my house inspection. I would hire him again for my electrical and wiring needs.

They are fast friendly and deserve 5 stars. I thought we would be without power all night due to an outlet exploding but they came with no hesitation and I truly appreciate them. My family can now rest peacefully tonight.

The electrician was amazing! The office policies definitely need upgrades. I needed immediate work done for a closing on a house and the electrician came out promptly and completed the work but could not leave me a copy of the bill or a report because he had to turn into the office and they were supposed to communicate with me the information that I needed to submit to attorneys office to close on the sale the next day, so I called the office as soon as electrician left letting them know I needed a report sent that day or next morning and they agreed to do so. I called the office the next day and they didn't have internet and couldn't send a report. I was not happy. This delayed our closing. They were complacent with having us wait until when the internet was fixed not knowing when that would happen. Finally they offered to fax the info after I asked them to take a picture of the report and text it to me. It was too much hassle to go through all of the work and time I put in to calling and coordinating this to be completed. I lived in Tega Cay and I found them by asking my husband who to call and he said, "call Polk Electric I see their vans around town alot."

Polk Electric Company is great! Fast, reliable, & they got the job done with a smile! I love the way they explained everything that they were doing & showed me some do's and don'ts on how to prevent my situation from happening again!

The Federal Pacific electrical panel has been deemed a FIRE HAZARD. I needed my house electrical panel upgrade because of this fact. I checked many companies in the local area. I wanted a professional job and that is what I got from Polk Electrical Company of Rock Hill S.C. The work required a YORK County work permit which was gotten by Polk Electrical Company in one day. They completed the upgrade of all my electrical work in one day. Their work was inspected by YORK County and received an excellent approval from county. The Polk Electric Company staff and electricians were trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable about electric codes in North and South Carolina. Had several outlets go bad as well as GFI missing in the kitchen. Moved into this house (money pit) a year ago and constantly fixing everything so was stressed about the wiring and what was behind the walls. Chris and helper got here on time and put my mind at ease within an hour. Some very easy fixes that they took care of right away and eliminated possible fires in the future. I will recommend Polk Electric to friends and will use for any future electrical projects.

It is very rare these days that you get a company that is committed to nothing but the best service possible!! If you want that, call Polk Electric! I had a light fixture that was having issues due to an improper installation from the last home owner. The switches were hooked up wrong and the light had faulted due to the weight of the fixture being on the wire and not the drop chain. Polk Electric (Dewayne and Harold) did everything in their power to make sure they could get to my 20 ft ceiling and get the light working again. They pulled together all their resources and achieved 100% customer satisfaction….You can't beat the commitment that came out of these guys and Polk Electric. MUCH APPRECIATED!!!

Had a new well drilled and called a week before to line up an electrician. I was told one would call me to schedule time. I then called back the day before needing service and was told that they did not know if Polk was going to do job or they were going to get someone else and they would call me. I NEVER HEARD FROM POLK, forcing me to desperately scramble for an electrician. Poor customer service and will never call them for help or recommend them. They do not deserve an A+ rating from BBB and will file complaint with them as well.
