had a Generac Generator installed. they worked around my schedule and installed when and where I wanted it. Had A slight issues with the equipment but came out right away to fix it. (switch issue) also helped get it connected to the Wi-Fi. another Generac issue. I don't give anyone 5 stars because no one it perfect but they are close as close can get

The people who installed my generator were very professional and informative. They explained every step of the process as they installed it. Once it was installed they explained everything operationally and kept me informed with inspections.

I have only used AC Mechanical one time but was impressed with their services. The office handled my call very professionaly and the service person handle the work and the filing of my warrenty. I will be using them in the future. I recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

AC mechanical was either always on time or respectfully early to appointments and installation of my Generac. Additionally, when I had trouble with another company for permitting, they stepped up and fixed the problem! All personel were professional, friendly and courteous!

Pre-sale, they listened to what we wanted, versus fitting what they had (like some others did) to our situation.
Installation, I've been around many a facilities contractor, over my working years. AC's team showed up on time, everyone knew what they were doing and it was one of the most efficient installs I've experienced.
Post-Install, AC has been great on follow-up and responsiveness to my inquires. They're as responsive post-sale/installed, as pre-sale.

Just had a generator installed by AC Mechanical. George and his men were very professional. They were also very competitive with price. They did a great job and we are very happy.

July 29 had generator installed it took three day's . The installation went well. No complaints about the installation. But they are not standing behind their work. Upon payment I asked about completing the application and making the payment. I was told that I had 30days from the time of installation to sign up for service agreement. The application had been emailed to me before I agreed to the price of the generator and install. Yesterday I call to make a $600.00 payment for the three plan . I was told that the price went up by two hundred dollars . They are telling me the I was giving a quote for the maintenance agreement. I disagree I was given an application that listed the prices for a term of one thru three years. See photo.
