Honest, professional, and fair. He always tries to repair first instead of pushing a new system. When he installed my new HVAC unit, the work was neat, professional, reasonably priced, and the site was left very clean. Highly recommend.

Definitely a go to for professionals for parts availability and tools. !!!Warning!!! this is not a “public place” to look for help with your hvac. Unless you have experience please call a professional to help you with you hvac needs. I don’t believe they are even allowed to recommend hvac guys to you for sake of competition. Professionals only recommended.

After calling 2 of the other larger companies out to have a look at my father in laws unit I took the advice of a friend and called this company. Best thing I could have done. Jason is an amazing person both professionally and on a personal level. He worked for over an hour to try his best to keep us from having to replace the old unit, he tried things the other companies couldn't be bothered with. He was very patient as my 70 yr old father-in-law "supervised" him and never made him feel like he was in the way. That in it self deserves a 5 star rating. We ended up going with a new unit in the end, TruBlu beat the prices of both its competitors by ALOT, they worked fast and had everything up and running in a day. We are so grateful we called them and were blessed to have Jason come do our work. If you need anything done please dont hesitate to call them. Companies like this are very few and far between. My Furnace quit working on New Years day and I called several companies to see who would come out the quickest and Tru Blu responded first and had a technician out within 2 hours. I can't praise them enough. Luckily it ended up being an easy fix!

I called Tru Blu because my gas pack would come on but would not blow out hot air and just my luck it was during one of the cold days. They were here before the scheduled time, and very professional. He explained to me what he thought it might be and what all they would check. It ended up being what he had told me what he thought it was, a fan switch. He told me he had a new part on the van and all I could think was $$$$$. He told me the price for the part and labor and I felt like it was a fair price. Had the part in and had heat back on in a very timely manner. They were very respectful of my unit in taking it apart and putting it back together! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
