My Husband and I are very happy with the adequate and professionalism service Jason and Jeremy provided. From the repair of our unit, to replacing our huge undertaking ductwork under our entire house ,We highly recommend Tru Blu!

They came out and did a great job. I had my ac unit and furnace replaced I also had dual zone work done my AC worked great during summer and furnace is working great as well now this fall id recommend them.

Had some raccoons or something get under my house in the crawl space and tear up my ducts. Called Jason and he was at my house within the hour!

He got us great prices on a new unit because ours was old and was barely working. Tru Blu came out to my house and installed my new unit and all new duct work. I have never had my house this cool in the summer. It used to never get below 80-82- even with the thermostat down to 65. Now its set on 70 and the house is 70!!

He did an amazing job! He was professional and courteous. Excellent service, great prices, 10/10 Would recommend! We will definitely be using Jason and Tru Blu for all of our heating and air needs!

I was having issues with my furnace as it was well overdue for maintainence. The heat setting would turn off every few minutes and its was possibly not burning right based on the oil like soot on my filter and registers. I didnt know who to call so I looked online. I wast sure who to go with, but my thought was to find a medium to small size company that was trying to make a name for themselves. I liked the reviews I saw from Tru Blu so I gave them a shot. Truth be told I went off the number of reviews compared to the larger companies I knew and the quailty of reviews. I still dont know anything about Tru Blu. They were willing to get out there the same day and even after hours which beat my expectations. I didnt specifically see any after hours charges on my billing. Jason came out and allowed me to share my thoughts and concerns. He showed me items that needed to be fixed which may have been affecting things. The only up charge offered was to clean the blower motor. I declined the cleaning and went with the parts that were needed. He had the items needed on the truck. There was no pressure on the upsell of cleaning and no pressure/offer to replace the unit. I thought that was going to be a normal part of the conversation. It wasnt and I am glad as they can be expensive and we dont have the money at this time. Everything seemed to be working when he left. We hit some warmer weather for about a week and then needed the heat again. The furnace would turn off after 10-15 minutes. So I called them back to let them know of my concerns. Jason came back out on Sunday afternoon (St. Patricks Day), cleaned the blower motor (which was absolutely needed and adjusted the gas pressure slightly (which was said to be in range prior to the adjustment) for free. My furnace is no longer shutting off and my filter is no longer showing signs of dark soot.

I picked the right company who made this a higher priority than I did and I feel like all issues and concerns have been met. I intend to use them again as needed.

The guys were great. I have my elderly mother living with me, and they were at my house within the hour for diagnostics. They gave me options, and pricing, and left us with portable units for the night. Had us back up and running the next day. Highly recommend for any of your Hvac needs.

I cannot praise Jason from Tru Blue Heating/Cooling enough for his outstanding service in repairing my heat pump. This was the first time I utilized this company as my repair was assigned by my home warranty company because another big-name HVAC company, after several visits to my home over three months, could not perform the repairs necessary to allow the packaged unit to work correctly. From the moment Jason arrived, it was clear that professionalism and expertise were his work ethic. He was punctual, and delays with the approval process kept him much longer than he intended. He was more than patient and understanding. During the diagnosis and once approval arrived, I got out of his way and let him go to work.

The repair of several items and adjustments on the Heat Pump worked perfectly. His attention to detail was on point. He worked efficiently with time, ensuring that everything was functioning after the repair and looked great after installing my inside thermostat. What impressed me the most was his dedication to customer satisfaction. He went well above and beyond to exceed my expectations.

He could figure out in one visit what a previous company could not with their 6 visit attempts, allowing us to go without heat during that period. Where was he 2 1/2 months ago?

His professionalism extended to the cleanup process, leaving no mess behind. My heat pump repair and thermostat replacement were perfectly completed, and I am beyond satisfied with the results. My heat pump is running now to levels that remind me of when it was newly installed. Jason has earned my highest recommendation, and I will be happy, without any doubt, to turn to Tru Blue again.

Can't say enough about how quickly and proficiently Tru Blu came out to solve my A.C unit issues. I have 3 kids including a 5 month old so if you are a parent you know how important it is to have a working unit. I called Tru Blu through recommendations. My unit had Ice build up on it and nothing was working. I have lived in my house for 4 years with no issues. I was frantic having a 5 month old at home. Jason made time out of his busy day to come by and assess the situation. He took his time and thoroughly checked everything. Unit was back up and running within hours from the time I called. He gave me maintenance tips and everything has been working great a month later. Waited to do the review to see how things played out. Tru Blu is the way to go all day. Very affordable as well!! Jason called ahead and let me know when he was arriving. He immediately got to work diagnosing my system. He took plenty of pictures and showed me the problems. He was very pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend.

Jason really helped us in a hard situation. We unfortunately had another provider show up who we had to ask to leave due to being under the influence. Jason was one of the only companies willing to come work with us to help install the unit we purchased from the other company. He was on time, clean, professional and stayed for over 12 hours the first day of install due to running into issues he wanted to fix to make things right before install. He came back to check in on us and check all our systems on time as he said he would. We were really happy with the service after everything we went thru at the beginning with another company. We will be recommending him to our friends and family and have already referred him to our neighbor.

The team from true blue came out to diagnosis my system and they were very thorough and honest with me. Jeremy, Josh & Jason were awesome technicians and fixed my HVAC problems. Would recommend this team to anyway!

We moved to this area a few months ago and our air conditioning stopped working on a Friday evening earlier this summer. The next morning I found the great reviews here and reached out. Although they did schedule appointments on Saturdays, they were already filled that day. A short time later, they called back and said someone was working in my area, and he agreed to see us after the first job. He quickly determined the problem, presented us with options, and answered many questions. We decided to replace the unit and it has been working wonderfully during this very hot season. From the first phone call with Jeremy to the installation with Jason. I couldn't have been happier. Jason went above and beyond. He brought out two portable units to cool my home the afternoon before installation, in a storm. Then he showed up promptly the next morning, still raining, and never hesitated one bit until the job was completed.
I met Angel and Duke also. The entire team were so courteous and respectful of myself and my home. I want to give them 10 stars but can only give 5. Great price as well.

Jason did a great job. He communicated really well with me and my wife. He kept us informed with what he was doing and looking for while trying to figure out the issue. Once he determined the problem he was able to tell us the problem and cost to fix and was quick to get our air back to running fast and at a very reasonable cost. We had two other companies come out to look at a VERY loud clanging noise coming from our heat pump. They couldn’t figure out what was causing the noise. My sister recommended Jason from TruBlu. He came out Monday, figured out the problem was with the fan motor and blades. He ordered the parts and fixed it on Thursday. No more clanging!!! Very professional and up front and explained and showed us the problem. We are very happy with his work and will be using them to service our unit from now on. Thank you!!!!

Jason is great! He quickly diagnosed issues with our A/C, even it was a problem we did not expected. He walked us through details and came up with solutions and took the time to fix it the same day for us. He is a respectable and professional technician.
