Great work! From initial consult to plan into regular service, which grew into a desired filter system installation, we had an awesome experience. Jeremy led us through the technology available in market and enhanced our system as part of the super-fast service appointment. We even added in new Nest installation to help modernize our young system; also desired since we just bought last year. All done, super quickly. First service = fantastic! ….the filter system has been noticeably improving the air quality, too. Perfect upgrade. Thanks, Jeremy and team!

I had an excellent experience with Tru Blu Heating and Air Conditioning! They came out to install my Alexa thermostat, and the process was seamless. The technician not only installed the thermostat quickly in 26 minutes to be exact, but also took the time to set it up and make sure I understood how to use it. It’s been working perfectly ever since.

What stood out to me was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. While they were here, they noticed an issue with my door knob and fixed it without me even asking. This kind of thoughtful service is hard to find!

I highly recommend Tru Blu for their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer care. I’ll definitely be calling them for future HVAC needs!

these guys are awesome. I’ve had them perform work at my house a couple of times - once to repair the HVAC system and the second time to move a bunch of ductwork in the attic to create more space for storage. They’re a pleasure to work with reasonably priced very efficient and get it done quick!

Awesome experience from start to finish. Tru Blu charged a lower diagnostic fee than all the other companies I talked to. They were able to come out in a timely manner. Jason came out to fix my AC/heat and he was respectful and knowledgeable. He showed me pictures of what was wrong and was able to fix it within the same day and at a decent price. I am very satisfied.

Originally recommended by a friend, I called and made an appointment for a second opinion on some work that needed to be performed, Jason arrived, couldn’t ask for a nicer guy. Jason replaced my low-voltage fuse due to an exposed wire. His arrival time and service were timely, and he was friendly and communicative about the issue. At the end he provided a diagnostic report for me to keep, and suggested a membership if I wanted routine maintenance, but did not try to pressure or upsell me like some other companies do. I appreciate Jason’s authenticity and would trust him to service my HVAC unit again.

Jeremy and Duke are fantastic! I reached out on Black Friday after 10pm and Jeremy came by at 9am the next morning. I tried to replace the thermostat and blew a fuse.. and then some. Jeremy kept me in the loop every step of the way and was very friendly as well. Removed old thermostat, replaced with new Ecobee, and repaired the issue. Fast forward 2 weeks and I wake up to my thermostat off and no longer receiving power. I reached back out and within 2 hours, Duke was here to take care of everything with ease. Definitely feel confident in this team to assess and address any issues I may have now or in the future! Thanks team!

2 guys showed up but didn’t know what to do. So then another guy showed up. Had 3 guys on a small job that should’ve only required one. Got charged for 3 guys. Won’t happen again.
