I called this morning and they sent out their tech a few hours later. He cleaned out the drain in short order and cleaned up before he left. I strongly recommend them. I hope I won't have a bad clog again but I know who to call if I do.

I scheduled an appointment for a Monday because our basement drain was backing up. The tech showed up on time, looked everything over and said I needed a clean out installed before he could do anything. Then he left. I had another company come in on Tuesday, install the clean out and they charged me $400. I called ‘drain masters’ back, letting them know what had been done. Another tech showed up later that day, looked at the steps to my basement and said that it was going to take two people and then he left. Wednesday, two techs showed up and were not happy with where the clean out was installed. Then they discovered there already was a clean out there. Needless to say, I was not happy. The owner called and said there was nothing he could do about their mistake. “Anyone would have missed it and it’s up to the homeowner to know what they have for pipes.” He said. As someone who calls themselves ‘drain masters’ I sorted expected them to do their job. I would NOT recommend using this company. I’m giving them one star because one of the techs was sympathetic and convinced the company’s owner to cut me a deal since it was their employee that made the error and told me the wrong info. A simple job, cost me three times as much because they inexperienced techs. Call someone else.
