We've used Krohmer Plumbing for our services needs for years. They have always responded in a timely manner and have done an excellent and professional job. Their service personnel can always answer any questions.

We have used Krohmer Plumbing of Mitchell for repairs and new installation. Their people are professional and clean. They go the extra mile and Gary does above and beyond to take care of our home and business . Prompt and courteous.

Go to krohmer Plumbing if you'd like them to install a brand new water heater without telling you when all yours needed was a $20 part, and then send you a $900 bill for it. Then threaten you when you go in to talk to them about it.

and no that's not true. You guys were supposed to contact me. Because I knew you crooks would try and pull some shady stuff like that. and sure enough. Pulled a fast one while I was working. Then threaten to get me fired...? When that had nothing to do with anything. Most unprofessional business I have ever encountered hands down.

Had some basic kitchen/dishwasher needs, and the service was speedy and reasonable. They improved upon the existing structure at the same time, and gave good suggestions for future ideas. The service technician was also great at explaining it all!

Requested a patch for a very small drip in easily accessed pvc pipe, plumber split pipe by installing a trap instead, took 3 days for carpet to dry! Also charged for work NOT DONE. Talked to office twice about this fiasco. No adjustments were made. Krohmer has lost a long term customer. Will never use them again!

Krohmer Plumbing is exactly what a business should be. Accommodating and professional. You give them a call, they come, no excuses, no whining, they get the job done. I wish every business in SD was half as good as these guys are. They should hold a seminar on how to accommodate customers, the front desk person is perfect, as well.

We needed our hot water heaters replaced, from the 1st call to Lynnette, she got us on the schedule right away. Chad came out to see exactly what we needed, ordered them & replaced them the next day! He & his teammate Did a great job! Thank you Krohmer Plumbing!

I would like to wish the Krohmers and staff a VERY Merry Christmas. We have had a year of very rough times and they were here for our family as tho it was theirs. They repaired pipes, installed a shower and tub, and sink so my husband who had stage 4 could remain in our home on the main floor of our home. He was to weak to use the stairs. I know we weren't on the schedule but they made it happen! Krohmer plumbing will always have a piece of my heart for all there amazing services. Kind, caring, and amazing customers service. ❤️

I needed a new water heater and called Krohmer plumbing for the job, they were out the very next day and installed it. Their installer was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job. He did a great job of installing the water heater and also cleaned everything up. Took the old water heater with him and the job was done. They do great work.

The plumber Chris contacted me to accommodate my last-minute schedule request, showed up on time, got the job done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. The office staff were also very pleasant and responsive. Highly recommended overall.

Dalen from Krohmer Plumbing was awesome. He installed our reverse osmosis system and did a great job! We had tried a different plumber who walked in, said they couldn’t install it and walked out. But, it was obvious Dalen knew what he was doing. We appreciate his expertise!
