Reviews of local pros in Mitchell, South Dakota

I just wanted to say Thank You to Jared Morris and his partner today. My water heater went out and they were here the next morning and had it installed in no time! Amazing customer service by both gentlemen and I would recommend this company for your Plumbing needs. This is the 2nd time I have needed a plumber in the last year and I used Krohmer both times and was very happy with their services. Thanks again Krohmer Plumbing!!

Norm came the day before we were to go to Thanksgiving and replaced everything needed to repair a serious leak in a basement bathroom sink. He did great work and kept his work area neat and clean. He went above and beyond and used some stuff to clear stains in the old unused toilet. I have used Krohmer Plumbing before and highly recommend them.

Just a note to express our satisfaction with the work Dalen did on the plumbing in our house. Not only was his work fast and professional, his skill level was abundantly obvious in every task he performed. Dale even alerted us to possible future issues with our pex fittings, which he also corrected. Thanks again for a job well done.

Krohmer helped me with a kitchen/bathroom remodel. They were very responsive to cap my lines after the remodel and came back multiple times to get my vanity, kitchen sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal all working perfectly! They cleaned the work area, always timely and very responsive to questions about materials and invoices. Good value for the work they did. Thank you to Kerry Brosz for the estimate and your responses to my concerns.

When you look at key metrics: dependability of workers, competitive prices, quality of work, Krohmer Plumbing is the best plumbing company in South Dakota. My family has remodeled a century-old home in Mitchell and Krohmer Plumbing has worked with us for over a decade. Dale is a master-craftsman and has worked on our bathrooms and kitchen over the years. Always on time, always willing to explain his rationale in the context of repairs and installations, always courteous and respectful, Dale is THE BEST! Matt and Betty Korzan

My boyfriend called Krohmer plumbing Monday and they got to us (today) Tuesday afternoon, I’d say that’s fast costumer service!
Wayne called to make sure it was a good time and when he got here he was very kind and honest, thank you Wayne!

I would like to note that I’m a young woman and in some service industries I’d be very easy to “up sell” since I know nothing about plumbing, electrical, cars etc. but I did not experience that with Wayne/krohmer plumbing!

While looking at our main issue I asked Wayne about our kitchen sink water pressure. Wayne had no problem taking a look and informed me that all it needed was some build-up cleaned off. Yes I felt a bit blonde for not thinking of that but I really appreciate how kind Wayne was!
This is my boyfriend and I’s first house and we will definitely call Krohmer plumbing again if we have any other plumbing issues!

Krohmer Plumbing provided excellent and prompt service. Norm arrived within two hours of our call to replace our water heater. He was professional, friendly, and reliable. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would happily recommend Krohmer’s!
