Great service, Bentley quickly diagnosed the issue with my furnace and repaired it. He also took the time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed. When I have future HVAC issues my first call will be to Kaiser.

Everything went very smooth. The tech was very thorough and knowledgeable in the explanation of what was done. Had a courtesy call and a text about the techs arrival. All around pleased with everything done.

We purchased a new heating system as ours was very old. The guys did a great job they were done in one day. We even had a new vent put in a room that didn't have one so all our rooms are heated for the winter.

Found the problem and got it taken care of right away and not only did they inform me of the issue, they even showed me and explained everything to me. We knew that our ac had quit working and as Kaiser Heating and Cooling had just started up a business in Mitchell, Kevin and I stopped. Tray Anderson was very informative and said that he would be happy to come out and take a look at our ac. In short, he recommended a unit and an exchange that would need to go in the attic. We had the siding removed and I sent him a photo of the size of the entry to the attic and Tray recommended a bigger size that wasn't a problem. We had two individuals come out and install. Another representative came out and helped remove the old unit and assist with the new one in the attic. The guys worked on hooking it up.....but we did run into difficulty with the box that was to go on the back. Our ac wasn't working correctly so we took a look and the box had collapsed. I sent pictures to Tray. After many corrections it was put in corretlly. Then they couldn't get the ac to work correctly and the wires weren't correct, but after time, it was installed. Tray did an excellent job, keeping the customer satisfied. I provided pictures and he stated it wasn't acceptable. After time, we have realized that our older ac hadn't been working for some time. We appreciate the fact that the ac cools our home and doesn't seem to run forever. It is quiet and we are very happy going with Kaiser Heating and Cooling. Kaiser technician came out after hours while I had a 58° house, he quickly diagnose the problem. He explained my options and at least got me a functional furnace for the night. I now have a better understanding of what life expectancy I still have in my furnace and what maintenance I need to do to keep it functional.

From first call to install the experience was great. I first spoke to Trey on a Thursday about an AprilAire E080 whole home dehumidifier to reduce condensation on my windows and the install was complete the very next Tuesday. Trey was knowledgeable about the product and its capabilities and he went out of his way to verify that I was getting the proper solution for my issue. It does exactly what he said it would do and the unit is very high quality.

The technicians came out early and did a very clean job installing the unit. They had foot covers they wore in the house and they left no mess.

They have always helped us with our HVAC unit. They were very prompt when our heater went out on New Year's Day and it was below zero out. Definitely recommend!
