Had Eastman out to repair my dryer. Does not work any better than before the repair. Very expensive non repair job.

We've purchased several appliances from Eastman. Each one has performed well and the people there are good to work with.

I have made several purchases from him and had good luck. He is very honest and true to his words.

Always a value, this little shop can save you some $$$. You generally won't find high end appliances here, but the basic get the job done older models still do just that.

Took my fridge to Eastman to get repaired and never got a call from them so I called them to see what's going on and suppose instead of fixing it they just threw it away on me, absolutely horrible service and very unprofessional!!!

Took my washer there n was helped immediately n was fixed the same day. And the service was at an excellent price. Thks Eastman's appliances.

Fridge wasn't cooling like it should, called Eastman and they arrived at my house 45 mins later to fix the problem. Fast & Courteous service at a reasonable price.

Good, newer (<10 yr old) used stuff at good prices. They test and offer 90 warranty on all of it. If you don't need new, these are the guys.

Got a washer by them and been having trouble with it leaking... Been trying to have someone come.out and look at it and been having no luck. Finally got a hold of someone and they said yeah monday and it expire my 90 days in one day and they called and said you are late.. Wow a day late of my 90 days... They can fix it since i been trying to have someone look at it for over a month... What a rip off people...

Had a great experience with Eastman Appliance. He was prompt and finished the job quickly. Our refrigerator went out and he had to order a part, as soon as the part came in he took care of the repair. Thank you!

They came out on Thanksgiving weekend to fix my washer. My washer was not going into spin cycle or draining. They gave me 2 options- replace lid switch or bypass the switch. I chose to bypass the switch. They charged me just their service fee. They have my business from here on out!!!

Great place to find refurbished appliances! Refrigerators, stoves, washers, etc. for affordable prices. The shop is family owned and ran by a father and his 2 sons. They offer a 90 day warranty on all their units and will deliver for a small fee. I've purchased a stove, a washer, and a refrigerator and they are all still going strong.

Staff was extremely helpful in solving our issue. We are renters and need to resolve a replacement knob issue. The ones at the hardware store are temporary and really just don't work, so we found a resolution in minutes and now I can get back to slaving over a hot stove for people who don't appreciate it!

Had them come over to look at my dryer and they couldn't figure out what the problem was, and that was on a Saturday. He said he would stop by on Monday with a part to see if that would get power to it and he never showed up or called. It is now Friday and I still haven't heard anything. So hopefully I will not get a surprise bill in the mail because the problem wasn't resolved and customer service was horrible.

Great guy to work with got Used matching set of a stove and fridge for just over $500. 90day warranty, not bad. Both items work great, some minor scratches but for the money, Great price, will return if need be. A+

We went in and they had one gas stove, we were told it worked perfectly. We bought it, paid extra for delivery and pick up of old stove. The delivery guy dropped off the newer one but I had to call and pay for someone else to hook it up. Neither of these ppl took the old one. We used it once, left for a day and came back to the home filled with gas...after gas Co. Turned off the gas, they found there was a shut off in the stove not working when you shut off the oven. We were still under warranty, but it took several days for someone to come look, then he couldn't fix it. So I sat with 2 non working stoves in my kitchen. I finally got them to refund my money, but not the delivery or hook up fees. After 2 weeks they sent a guy to come pick them both up, and he seemed very nice. I still have not seen the refund.

I called 3 different repair places, 1 which was recommended by the place I bought my refrigerator. Of course none of them returned my call and still haven't. I remembered Eastman and left a message. Within less than 5 minutes Pat returned my call. I explained my problem and he was there in about a half an hour. He also brought an extra part with him from my explanation. My refrigerator was repaired quickly and at reasonable cost. Thank you Pat for saving all the food I had just purchased! I would definitely recommend them.

Eastman’s appliance's. My mother purchased a used refrigerator from them April 2024. Told that it was under warranty. Two refrigerators later and one year of bothering them and numerous promises of returning her money. She still doesn’t have a resolution. And neither a working refrigerator from them or the money refunded. Don’t try purchasing from them 🤷🏼‍♀️it’s so hard to get in contact with them, they just disappeared.

Tom came right out and wasted no time inspecting our unit and told me straight away that the unit was warped and any more service to it would not resolve the issue he was very courteous and very professional as well as helpful and very in depth explaining the issue
