Had good communication from the start, kinda dropped off towards the end. Was able to schedule an in-home assessment quickly. Sadly had to wait for a long time for the part to arrive, which was not their fault. They attempted to cancel our appointment to get the washer fixed cause the part was delayed. Which made no sense cause we already paid the deposit on the item. Part finally arrived two weeks late, tech came and made the repairs.

Sani and Trey were very knowledgeable and did an awesome job! Would highly recommend Midtek.

Jared is very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done to get the issue resolved with our washing machine. He had it fixed in no time. I would highly recommend Midtek to anyone. Thank you for such great service!

They were able to easily diagnose the problem with my refrigerator. Unfortunately, they did not have a part on hand, but were able to get it and install it in a few days. I’m so happy my refrigerator is working well again!

diagnosed the problem, already knew it wasnt working. but he left the machine in pieces, laying all over. and the cost just to have someone come and tell me what I already knew..?? ridiculous cost! after this encounter, the Team did get ahold of me and resolved the problem. They refunded the total amount and was very apologetic with the circumstances that were left. Very much appreciated. Thank you Team for taking care of this..

Granted, the customer service was good. The lady who took my call was friendly and Jared, who came to diagnose my washer, was professional and knowledgeable. After diagnosis, he presented to me a quote for $445 to replace a part I could buy for $27. That's a crazy labor rate or an overpriced part. Beware!!
*UPDATE*
After leaving this review, the owner called me trying to justify the quote I was given. Granted, the whirlpool certified part is $87, before markup, over the Amazon special of $26. For an unknown reason, this company urges you to pay with a check over debit or credit card. The owner also began to explain the behind the scenes costs of doing business, including how much it costs for advertising, to justify the quote. Seems weird to me... I don't get a good feeling from this company.
**UPDATE**
Two days after Jared diagnosed my washer issue. I ordered the Amazon special part and installed it. It took about 20 minutes or so. Jared did a great job with the diagnosis!! The service fee for the diagnosis was $137, so the repair was a total of $163. That being said, their labor rate must be $219/hr. They were going to charge $198 for a certified Whirlpool part I found for $87 on Parts Select's website. I work for a heavy equipment service company. We charge $205/hr for service work in the field to work on heavy equipment. $219/hr for home appliance work is insane and more than 100% markup on parts is robbery. Although this company does good work, they overcharge a lot. Just putting that out there.

Midtek responded to my request for service within a couple of hours of my request. The repairman, Sani, was thorough, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend Midtek for appliance repair.
