Sani did great installing my new stove hood. He was very friendly and did a professional job. Will definitely ask for him if i need more work done in the future.

Needed a particularly large and heavy microwave mounted above our stove. We tried to do it on our own but where largely unsuccessful. We where recommended to this company through Air Serv and was able to get a technician super quick. Our technician Sani arrived exactly on time, I was super impressed! The job he did was absolutely amazing, he was able to get the heavy microwave mounted on his own, absolutely perfectly, and it's VERY secure. I'm not worried about it falling at all!

Terrible. Was supposed to call before just showing up so we made sure we were at home and that didn’t happen. Then he charged $125 to tell us the water inlet valve was the problem. Then quoted $575 to fix it (we said no). Replaced the water inlet valve and the washer still doesn’t work. Throwing codes not even linked to the water inlet valve. Never ever will be using them again.

Joe did an amazing job! He showed up on time, took the time to show me what was wrong, and fixed it in an efficient manner. Without going into detail I can tell you this company takes pride in it's customer service. If there's an issue reach out and they will do their best to fix it. I'm very impressed!

Had a dishwasher that broke and leaked all over the floor, they were able to come right out, and the repair guy was quick and found the problem right away and had it fixed within an hour despite having to go to his warehouse for the part. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional.

Fast response to service call! However, the gentleman that came over told me 'I don't know why it's not working" he then quoted me a new ice machine for the fridge. Still had to pay diagnosis fee even though they couldn't tell me what was wrong.

Sani is very professional and friendly. After my call, he came quickly to check my washer and explained the reasons for the problem. He even fixed that on the same day because of my urgent needs. Sani was awesome! 😎 He was very respectful and knowledgeable and fixed our dishwasher quickly. He SAVED US a headache from the previous homeowners *attempts* at fixing the expensive dishwasher, that's for sure! 😊🙌 I'm so glad we found a repair service that was awesome to work with. Integrity warning!! My washer was fixed the day after I called, but unfortunately the wood framing and flooring was worn up in the process. Cody the servicer again did fix the washer, but there's no receipt nor integrity to address the damage before leaving. I had to find it after he walked out. I called the company to obtain my $420 receipt for services rendered and requested to discuss the experience with the manager. Two weeks later, I have yet to receive a call back nor a reciept.

When Joe showed up he hit the ground running. He dig into the stove and replaced a part and then set the stove to burn correctly. Setting the burners, griddle and oven do that it was running well when he left. Joe then checked and set the cooling levels off four different coolers/freezers so that they would run at the proper degree. I appreciate Joes work ethic and hustle. Thanks Joe!

It was a good. A little spendy. And the lint trap was full and not cleaned out.

Mr. Appliance repairman, Joe, cam put to work on our washing machine. Did an awesome job. He was super professional and got the washing machine fixed. He even took a minute to help with our refrigerator.

When I scheduled the appointment, they had told me it would cost $125 for the service call. They would diagnose and let me know how much it would cost to have the repair completed. That never happened. The repair was completed and it cost $235 without me being notified of how much it was going to cost.
However, he was kind, very professional, and had it fixed quickly.
